What's on your shopping list this year?

17 year old boy- getting a tablet, a game for his DS, some new socks and underwear. (he's going to love that I posted this! ROFLMAO)
almost 10 year old girl (she turns 10 on December 21st) - Birthday: American Girl Doll mini-doll with 6 book set Caroline and probably a skirt and blouse. Christmas: Mp3 player, a speaker for said Mp3 player and...
almost 7 year old boy (he turns 7 on the 10th of December) - Birthday: Dinosaurs! All sorts. Christmas: Furby and more dinosaurs
4 year old girl: loves Tinker Bell - so lots of Tinker Bell and Periwinkle for her!
4 year old boy: UGH! He's the only one we have nothing for yet... but high on his list is the remote control UmiZoomi car - which my husband may or may not have gotten while he was out of state this week. :)

4 year old girl turns 5 in January, so trying to figure out what to get for her birthday, too!

Hubby needs a new cordless drill.
I got the Heart of the Holidays class by Tiffany Tillman from hubby (yes, early!) He said he'd get me more scrap stuffs too!! :)

The kids want tablets this year. So two tablets (still trying to decide between kindle fire or Samsung Galaxy tab). And I'm clueless on what else to get. We aren't doing too much shopping this year because we don't have the $.

My mom is getting my son a guitar and my daughter an American Girl Doll. :)

I've just barely started my lists. Snuck up on my big time this year!

My 8 YO boy I'm thinking a laser tag set?
The 6 YO boy is getting Skylanders for the Wii. He's been asking for about 1.5 years, so I guess I'm going to give in finally.
Hubby... not sure, but I'm thinking of getting him a guitar. He wants to learn to play.

Me? I can't think of anything I need or want except books. and Shutterfly GCs. How boring am i?

3yoDD -- a princess play tent as her big/Santa gift, doctor kit, Curious George Memory game, Playdoh toys, art supplies, the annual ornament (though not sure what kind yet), Christmas Eve jammies, a couple other small things

I also have 3 Christmas outfits for her, but those are more presents for me than her, right?! :giggle

My mom is giving her a 'Cinderella Christmas' with the movie, dress up outfit, and Little People Disney princess castle, so I'm not going to even attempt to compete with that.

10yoSS -- ALWAYS clothes (he now wears a men's M and men's size 9 shoes!!) + my parents get him a new pair of Adidas shoes every year, WWE stuff (blech!), football ornament, Christmas Eve jammies, no clue what else as DH handles this department

all other adults -- pictures of DD and/or whole family if I can somehow manage to get the 4 of us in a pic after this fall's bungled attempt

Sister + BIL -- date night jar (Pinterest idea) + GC to restaurant they like

Dad -- Bon Jovi Blu-ray

Mom -- no ideas yet; her love language is gifts so I have to get her something for Christmas + her bday which is 3 days earlier

MIL -- having DH take her on a 'date' to see 'The Nutcracker' in downtown Indy for combo bday + Christmas

Hubs and I won't exchange presents this year, but do a few things in each others' stockings.

My parents are really the only people who give me presents (which is fine), and while my mom does ask for a list most years, she sometimes goes rogue with it! :giggle I'm hoping that she's gotten me this awesome fringe-y grey pair of boots that I wanted, but anything else is gravy.

My shopping is almost done. This is a little funny, but my "special" gift for my 5yo is an adding machine so he can use it like a cash register and print receipts. He loves dramatic play. I think we will also get him a scooter.

For the adult siblings I got some re-usable cloth Snack Taxis and metal Lunch Bots. Cause I'm all into green things and want to force it on them too.

For the nieces and nephews I got Ranger Rick subscriptions for the older kids and a toy for the littler ones.

Some of the parents get scrapbook prints, we might look for a used computer for my mom, and my dad said he wants a CD.

The only one I haven't given any thought to is my husband ...

My kids still don't know what to wish...
They recently had birthday and so it's always hard with christmas...
I myself have lots of wishes...:giggle

We aren't doing gifts this year...we've already told the boys and they think it's a great idea!! They all agree they need nothing. We are still getting back on our feet after this last year of craziness!

I'd like to find a way to volunteer or have them do something for someone else this year. Our dear friend (who is only 30) has stage 4 cancer (breast, bone and now in her brain), and she has 3 small boys. I think I'm going to talk with her family and see what we can do for her boys.

I think I'll get the boys some pj's this year.

I'll get GC's for the nieces and nephews.

You gals have some ideas for me :)
I know im going to make some mini aprons for my little nieces, since they like to help me bake things i thought they would like that. Im also going to try to make them the flower headbands :) Mostly every year my nieces want a necklace that i make or even a braclet. But im thinking something a little different this year. But for Baby Sienna I want to get her that brown sock monkey doll. Im not sure what its call, but I hope to find one this weekend :)
My son im not sure yet what to get him. Hubby is a medicine bag that should be finished by next week. I keep my fingers crossed i get it done before than :)

I need a new back up EHD...I am hoping hubby bought me a 3TB. A box came the other day and I have never seen him move so fast to get the door!! LOL

I would love a new camera and a lens to go with it but that would be about 5K....not happening yet.

The boys want iPads....so we bought them each an iPad2 so there will be no more fighting over mine. I now it's a bit much for our boys given their ages but they really aren't into video games (we originally bought two Nintendo DS and Leap Pad for the little guy.....but after talking felt they would just sit around and collect dust) so we decided to exchange them for the iPad 2. We feel they can be much more educational since we can limit the apps that are put on. We also bought Otterbox cases for them...which is what I have on mine. We are finished with their shopping (got them a few Lego sets, super hero stuff and a few other misc things). They will be VERY happy this year and better be!!!!

I have to pick hubby up something small....he got a new car in May and we just bought two new TVs....plus he wants a new computer this spring so he said he didn't want anything but I have to get him something small.

My daughter always throws me a curve ball... check out this years.. LOL!! (btw. finally found it!)

Okay, I really took care of myself this year. On Black Friday I bought a Kelly Moore camara purse, Rad Lab, and Pro Retouch 2. I've been saving for awhile. :)

We are considering getting a refurbished iPad 3 for my DH and young sons to share. If we do, everything else will be small.

I did a lot of searching to find a good-looking Sonic Hedgehog shirt to replace one of my son's favorite shirts that got ruined. The other son got the very last Dallas Cowboys shirt to be found in Sacramento.

My kids are getting Ipod Touchs for Christmas. It had to be something small and portable and that's all I could come up with.
DD has a birthday the day before Christmas, she is having a party a few weeks earlier so I will give her presents then. She is getting some clothes, a nail stamping set and a cake pop kit.
I am hoping for a new camera, we'll see.
Hubby is getting a titanium rip curl watch.

DDs are getting Barbies, doll house accessories, baby doll accessories (my parents are getting them American Girl Bitty Twins), and some pretend play things.

DH got himself an XBox, 2 games & an iPad to keep himself entertained while he's deployed. His birthday is in early January so I figure at least the games can be an early birthday gift.

I'm going to be ordering a Canon 60D this weekend - eeeeeek!!!!!!! It's a HUGE upgrade from the Rebel XSi that I've had for 5 years.
