Hi. I'm heather. And I'm super blog challenged. But here is what I'm thinking. If I start one that I can update from my phone, I'll use it.

So. Who can help me?

What is a good easy to use blog?

I've tried Wordpress and it makes me feel like I know nothing about the Internet. Like completely clueless.

And blogger... Makes me feel like I'm in eighth grade.

Is there anything else. Or something I'm missing?

Help!!

Please. :)

What kind of content are you planning to post Heather?

If it's mostly photos, maybe Tumblr is an option? It's supposed to be "easier" than Wordpress but I'm going on what other people have told me (haven't started one myself). I believe there's an iPhone app for it so you can post from your phone. Also other apps let you share to it ...For example, I know Hipstamatic let's you post your photos to Tumblr right from inside the app.

I use Wordpress too. It's not graceful, but it works. There is an app for iPhone too that you can use for simple blog posts. Usually I'd rather have a full sized keyboard so I can get stuff done faster, but sometimes it's really nice for on the go.

With Wordpress, I do always try to do my posts in full screen mode and that helps immensely. Also you can do blog posts inside Word now and link it up to your blog. AND I know a bunch of people swear by Live Writer that will post to whatever blog you decided to use. I haven't tried that yet though...

i have always loved blogger... until they just updated their junk. now i'm not sure how i feel about it. maybe i'm just being ****y about change? idunno. anyway, it is possible to upload your own background so you don't have to use their preset themes and whatnot if that's your thing. it's pretty easy.

but whatever you do, you must start a blog so i can stalk you a bit.

I'm not a major blog person. In fact, before I started running a blog for work, I often claimed, "I don't speak blog" lol.
We have a wordpress blog and it has not been bad to run at all. Someone did show me how, and that made all the difference.

I didn't set it up, though. That part would definitely make me feel like I was clueless, too. My strengths are definitely not in
behind the scenes web stuff. It's a bit technical for me. I think I could do it, but I have zero interest in it. I feel like I'm A.D.D.
when I try to do that sort of thing, lol.

Good luck!
