ok!! I am desperately in need of a new phone. My old and slow iphone 4 has just died on me.
Anyone has any recommendation?
 
I have no suggestions, I am waiting for the iPhone 7 to come out! LOL I have a 5 right now and it's ok, but it has it's moments!
 
I had the iPhone 4S and thought I would stay with the iPhone forever...until my daughter got an LG G4. I switched. LOVE it! It is just the right size, never gives me any problems, and takes great photos.
 
I switched from my iPhone 6 to a Galaxy S6 in January and I love it.

For those of you waiting for the iPhone 7......there's literally nothing new about it. Nothing top notch or any changes that make the price of it worth it.
 
I need a new phone too. I took it in to the shop to ask them how I could get it acting better... They said: it's old.

My camera sticks all the time (like the shutter/snap button just freezes instead of actually taking a picture), I cannot have more than one app open at a time... Had to uninstall the Facebook app altogether. Blah.... I love my phone, except that it's just to slow now. So, I have a Galaxy S5 that's almost 2 years old. I will probably stick with that and get an S7, eventually.

Imagine yours is 2years old and it's slow. Mine is 5 years old.
 
It's a memory thing, I'm sure of it!!! I do my best not to store anything on my phone. Photos and videos get uploaded to Dropbox and deleted from my phone, almost immediately. It just can't handle it!
 
That's so weird @klee73010 I have an S5, and don't have any of those issues!

I'm a Galaxy girl. But I always say you should match your phone and computer OS. So stick with Apple if you are a Mac girl, and Android for Windows. You can make them talk to the other OS, but I notice that most of my parents tech issues come from mixing.

Yes, I know there's a Windows phone, but it doesn't seem to be popular with developers.
 
DH & the little dudes just got me the Galaxy S7 and I'm in LOVE. I had a first gen Moto X before - I'm an Android girl. This S7 is giving me all sorts of life though!
 
i guess i will get an Iphone SE though it's small. It's the only thing that I can afford at the moment
 
I have the iPhone 5 and absolutely love it!!! Have never had problems, and you do not want to know how many photos are on there!!! MUST get them moved!!! I am not tech minded and don't understand the different phones. My dd got this one for me, and all I know is it works!!! Don't even know what other phones are out there.

wow!! It's still working!! Transfer it to your laptop or desktop.
 
Its through Amazon, where I shop a lot!! It's $99 a year, but you get a lot, including free shipping on a lot of stuff. If I didn't pay the $99, and just wanted to use the photo storage, its $8 a month, so it's worth it to just go with the $99 a year. Hummmmm, wonder if they sell phones?????

HAHAHAHH ... i literally thought Amazon Prime is an online place where you can store your photos!! OMG!! SILLY ME!! I know what Amazon is... You are so lucky that you get to buy stuff from there. If I get anything from Amazon,the shipping will cost me almost double the price of the item :(
 
I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge and love it. But I hate the iPhone. (Don't be mad at me, Apple fans!) I hear the S7 is even better, as some people here have said. Love the camera, and the S7 camera is supposed to be even better. :)

Hopefully you get a phone you love!
