doing a little research.... would you mind voting and specifying your answer if the option is "other?"

Just to be awkward I actually use PSE if I'm using a template to start the layout, then save it and switch to GIMP as I have more control over the details in there. If I'm starting from scratch I do the whole thing in GIMP.

I scrap with PhotoImpact X3 ... former ULead, now Corel
It's not as complex as PS and more for dummies, but it has all I need ;)

PS CS5...haven't upgraded yet because I've heard too many people complaining LOL

I use Serif Craft Artist. Only thing I don't love about it is that it doesn't let you use PSDs as layered files. If a template doesn't come in pngs already (I totally heart template designers who include pngs) I go to gimp and save each layer as a png and then import the seperate png files into my software.

I use ACDSEE's photo editor and love it. It's easy to use and let's me use PSD layered files and got several more fun options...But not as much as PSP or PS and ACDSee doesn't take up a lot of RAM while scrapping! However for photo editing I use PS CS4, but would have no clue how to scrap in that! LOL
