What are you reading?

I just finished Game of Thrones and it was awesome! :) I have been trying to get it done before the HBO show started. I also really like A Discovery of Witches, which is sort of like a Twilight for grownups, with witches and vampires and much better writing. And I also read Water for Elephants, which I really loved and probably has one of my favorite endings ever.

crystal i thought book 5 was a tough one to get through too. it was so dark and moody. it made ME feel all crabby and angry like harry feels. hard to want to pick that guy up and read it sometimes.
 
ooo Robin, Game of Thrones is one I want to read too. It was good then?? I may have to fast forward that one to the front of the line. we started watching the HBO series - not so sure how I'm feeling about it yet. great story telling, but i could do without the graphic detail, if you catch my drift.
 
i just started the fever series thanks to crystal but my latest conquests was

yeah I finally finished it but it took weeks which is abnormal for me. LOL I am glad to be done with it. It's my least fave of them all so far! I usually have something lined up and ready to go for when I am done, but I honestly have no idea what I will read next. LOL!
 
well books 6 & 7 were my fave's of all of them - book 6 has lots of great background info, and book seven is just brilliant. glad you got through 5. it was my least fave by far as well.
 
just finished re-reading Watership Down, and I still do not understand the language lol

Oh yes, I definitely loved it! It's on my list of all time faves now. It took me awhile to get into it, but then I was hooked. I just finished it last night and I've already started the next book!


I think the new Sookie Stackhouse book is out so I'm going to have to grab that soon too! :)
