No school tomorrow for us (Nevada Day), so my weekend started early. Apparently, my child has now decided he wants to carve a pumpkin. Sigh. I don't know if we'll get to that or not.

Friday I'll be at Watch Cheryl Scrap while DH takes munchkin to another Trunk or Treat. So glad I don't have to do that one! Saturday we might Redbox and chill - have to check for something good! Sunday we are speaking in church - that should be interesting. Other than that, I want to get some of the challenges done.

What's on your agenda this weekend?

Oooh, a Redbox sounds nice @bestcee! And they have Captain America: Civil War now!

I'm at our house in Mobile for a week (just got here today), and I think that we are going to a baby shower for some friends on Saturday. We might also check out the Gulf State Fair since it's just a couple miles from the house. Other than that, it's another working weekend for me (October is my Christmas rush month, so I'm eyeballs deep in designs for Christmas album kits right now)! I'll be monitoring laser cutters via security camera and probably doing some scrapping at the same time. :)

Oh, yeah, and we'll get a pumpkin and carve it, too. And hand out candy to the, like, 8 kids total that we may see on Halloween. :)

Big rivalry football game tomorrow night. I hope it stops raining because I need to take photos and I don't want to deal with keeping my new camera dry. Other than that ... I'm not sure. If it stops raining, I have a bunch of yard work to do. I also am working on my yearly cheer photo book project. I spent most of my day re-doing 40 files when I discovered a mistake. Oops!

Hubby is coming home for his one weekend home a month, tomorrow. Saturday he is taking our son (and hopefully daughter) to Victoria, BC Canada for all of Saturday. They'll be home sometime Sunday. Since he's taking the truck, I will be stuck at home. I plan to hopefully clean and get all the laundry folded/put away. I also need to put together the goody bags we're handing out for Halloween on Monday.

I'm really hoping my daughter will change her mind and go with hubby. I love her, but I need a break! It's been a long year with hubby in Canada for work, and only home once a month.

I'll be editing a few sessions and will spend some time loading software and setting up photoshop on a computer we're setting up in the LR. I've been sick all week so want to get some rest over the weekend. My pvr is almost full so need to watch some of the shows.

possibly more bathroom reno (depends on DH's shoulder atm - we finally got our vanity bench the week he basically can't lift his arm :overreact
Soooo I'm out for a bit Sat morning but mostly planning on ATCing Bart and hanging here :compcoffee(it's a rainy miserable weekend so that is perfectly justifiable)

Goodness. Probably too much, since relaxing and staying in sounds wonderful!

Tonight - finish making Colin's Halloween costume... DH and I've been working all week on this. (He is a wavy man - like the inflatable waving men you see blowing around in the wind near car dealerships or grand openings).

Tomorrow - Possibly get some fall photos of the boys in the morning. Halloween party in the afternoon evening. Boys will have a friend sleep over Sat night too.

Sunday - Soccer, Grocery, and a haunted house Sunday night with the kids.

I hope to make some planner stickers/decorations from some stamps I bought, or else go to a craft store or five to find some specific stamps... haha
We're grocery shopping this afternoon , maybe some extra cooking this weekend. There's a Halloween party at the library I want to take the kids to if my husband isn't taking our vehicle to his motorcycle thing. hubby and I are going to an adult Halloween party. and we're having a play date on Sunday.

Phew. we are busy! *sigh*

Well... do you want to hear what I should do (clean house, laundry etc.) or what I'm probably going to do? :giggle
Since both boys have been playing soccer every day since August and that FINALLY finished last night, I should be catching up on stuff around the house. BUT, I don't wanna so I'm probably going to do some art journaling/painting and then I might be moving one son into another bedroom. Yuck. Both my boys share a room right now, but the younger ones has been asking to move to his own room again lately, so I might be repainting and moving furniture on Saturday.

My hubby and I have gotten quite addicted to looking for beach glass this year, so we'll probably try to go on Saturday morning if the water isn't too cold and the waves aren't too big. We live on Lake Michigan.

Friday - kids have school dance
Saturday - soccer tournaments, fall party
Sunday - lunch with in-laws

Those are the high points for this weekend. I'm hoping to carve pumpkins at some point. I'm the only one who likes doing it, so it might get skipped this year. I didn't put out any of my Halloween decorations either. My house is seriously lacking in festiveness.

Nothing yet, will be around home and vegging by the tv and the pc, checking out my Halloween bingo thread and playing slow bingo.

Today I had planned on hanging out with my girl since she didn't have school today (parent teacher conferences), but one of the students that was supposed to work today didn't show up, so Clara's friend texted her, asking her to help. So she's spending her day off from school at school... but she's hanging out with friends and earning those service hours!

Alex is in New York City on a college tour trip with his school. He's not back until late Saturday night.

Saturday Clara has dance and Sunday she has a Halloween Cruise party with friends during the day on one of the boats that goes out from Navy Pier.

Other than that... BASEBALL!! Go Cubs! It is going to be nuts here!! My husband has a ticket to all of the games at Wrigley, so he'll be at the games tonight, Saturday and Sunday. I'll be watching from home and probably opening the windows so I can hear the cheering from Wrigley. It was so amazing last Saturday night to stand on the front porch and hear the city singing Go Cubs Go together! We have several out of state Cubs fan friends who are considering driving up just to be part of the excitement, so we might have a few house guest by the end of the weekend. Exciting stuff!

I don't have any big plans for this weekend other than relaxing and scrapping. I am taking the kids to a Halloween carnival at the Carousel museum in our town tomorrow, so that should be fun. On Sunday we have church and I'm helping out with the 3rd grade girls' Sunday School.

My husband and daughter are going to the Richmond Comic Con to sell his comic books. I'll be walking with my friend as usual on Saturday morning and spending more time scrapping and playing the slow bingo game! @Karen I have housework calling out to me too; let's keep ignoring it together. :D

Usually our weekends are calm (read: not much planned but maybe a trip to the mall or the grocery store lol), but the kids BOTH have parties and we planned a family photo shoot too. It'll be busy but so very fun. :) Oh, and I forgot that DH and I are going on a date this weekend too. Nothing fancy, but it'll still be nice to hang out, just the two of us.

Tonight is Watch Cheryl Scrap so I'm doing that. Scrapping before and after. Also finishing up some laundry.

Tomorrow I'm working on some new designs and some mini projects around the house. I need to dust the living room. I try to spread all my chores out because my back pain limits me doing much of anything at a time, so if I procrastine (which, yes, I usually do) then things don't get done and it drives me crazy.

Sunday is our 23rd wedding anniversary, and we are going to the beach (location of our 1st date and where we spent our honeymoon and our 10th anniversary) and then driving back the long way and stopping for dinner. I'm looking forward to it!

Grandma errands today and I'm taking Kennedy to hit up my nephew's school this evening for a trunk-or-treat thing they have going because that may be his only Halloween event this year. I have to do some cleaning tomorrow. The house is beyond horrible at the moment. I'm also hoping to block off time to set up my Scrivner program for my upcoming novel (National Novel Writing Month starts 11/1.) Sunday is my "day off" so I'm hoping to sleep in a bit because I'm pretty much wiped out. I'm sure that won't happen though :giggle We'll watch the Seahawks and try to get a few things off the DVR (like @bcgal00) because it is filling up quickly. Monday is the rest of my "weekend" but I have a full day of grandma stuff and then my daughter invited my mom/sis/nephew over for Monday evening, so I will have to think of something to cook for them.

I'm trying to stay awake for Cheryl's scrap..... I got a lot done today (the carer girl was here the whole afternoon!) and now am trying stay awake without eating (the little we have at home LOL) lets hope I can!!!

Today was my big day with errands and photos and delivering coffee to Will. Tomorrow Jim hopes to fish so I'm free to do whatever ... except for that thing called school. Guess I better do that too. Then I can scrap.

Happy Anniversary @gonewiththewind
