What's going on with you this weekend? Are you going iNSD crazy the whole time or doing other stuff too?

I'll be tied to my computer for NSD, but I also need to get my garden planted this weekend. So, a trip to the local gardening center is in the plans. It's also Mother's Day weekend here in the States. I'm getting a new lens for my camera. (I know this because I get all of the Amazon receipts to my inbox hahahaha) We're having a Mother's Day brunch on Sunday and then I am hoping for some actual SCRAP time. Should be a great weekend!
 
My mom is visiting :happydance2, so I won't be spending much time on the computer, and no scrapping at all. We have some shopping planned, some baking, and dinner out tomorrow. DH is leaving on Sunday on a business trip, so I'll have some girl time with my mom, it hasn't happened in a long time!

Yay for the new lens: I got one last week, just in time for my mom's visit! (it took a while to convince DH I really needed it... :giggle)
 
Cristina, spending Mother's Day weekend with your Mom is even better than scrapping! :) Enjoy!

We're spending Saturday as a family day - cycling, shooting hoops, at the pool (lessons for the kids and then free swim), then either a Movie Night or a Wii Night (depends how tired I am :giggle). Sunday is church and then my sisters are cooking brunch for my Mom and for me (we're the only 2 "moms" in our immediate family). I don't even think I'll make it to a scrap store this weekend!
 
We have a big parade here locally tomorrow so I'll take the kids to that and also my youngest has soccer in the morning. Otherwise I'd like to spend some time working on the loft project I've been doing since Easter weekend. I bought a beat up loft/twin bed set on Craigslist for $50 so I've been sanding and painting and fixing that up. It's turning out so good so far though! I have a little more painting to do this weekend and some final details and it'll be done. The only problem is, I made the mistake of putting it up in my son's room and I can't convince them I need to finish it! They don't want to give it up at all!

And of course I'll be doing some shopping for iNSD! :)
 
This weekend is going to be crazy! I'm going to take my mom shopping tomorrow. I need to cook and clean for mother's day. We're having family & friends over. We'll also be celebrating my aunt's birthday and my dog Penny's birthday (she's 4!) on Sunday. I just got a new kitchen aid mixer so I'm baking a chocolate cake, too. My college newspaper is having a reunion on Saturday night, so I'm hoping to get a lot done before I go. Gotta squeeze some NSD stuff in too!
 
Today is hubby's bday. His parents are coming tomorrow to visit (although it's his weekend to work... bummer). but we should still be able to spend a little bit of time together. Nothing really big planned though. Just hang out and visit.
 
wowwwww my plans are very simple... have fun!!!spend time with my family and play in digi-land!!

The kiddos and I all came down with a nasty cold so it looks like it's going to be a pretty lazy weekend. Oh well, that just means more time on my computer for iNSD!!! LOL

I think hubby has something good planned for Mother's day. I told him that since I don't expect him to read my mind and would go ahead and just let him know that I would be really disappointed if I didn't get anything. LOL He has a tendency to forget stuff like this. I know he called my sister after that (I know because I was on the other line with her lol) and she won't tell me what the call was about so that's a good sign, right?
