I knew of VB in one of Oprah's show 5yrs ago. And it seems to work ... for some people ie. And it is a good way to document your dreams & such. So I started a mini-book for it cos I hv no place to mount a board.
But I stopped after 3 visions. Cos I cudn't see any others.
But now that I can afford to dream more. I have more visions too. So I was contemplating to start on it, aka AJ style. Esp since I have one very definite vision looming in front of me
