Making a layout from scratch. :flirty
What do you choose to print vs. use in paper?
The here it is on Silhouette screen, and then cut out.
Do you only cut what you need for that layout?
What paper do you use (just a general talking point for your video...)
Then the pieces going from the cutout to the layout.
Arranging it, adhering it down (with what?), adding anything else needed.

Should I keep going? LOL. I love process videos where people chat about why they do what they do. Probably my analytical brain.

Oh how fun Katrina! I'd love to see how the print and scan mat thingie works with the Silhouette. I don't have one, but it sounds like it would make the process of print and cut a LOT easier!

Also, I KNOW there will be people who would love to know how to do regular print and cut with the Silhouette. That's what i bought mine for and the first time was so frustrating that I almost threw it through a window! No joke! :giggle

Can't wait to see what you come up with!

I’d love to see! I keep saying I’m going to try but have never even used my Silhouette yet.
Becca you have GOT to use it!!!! LOL Your stuff is perfect for it!

I have the mat, it was a gift from an online friend, I have used it once! LOL I had trouble with it, but that is a great idea!

So glad I'm not the only one! I got one for Christmas (and not this past year but before that!) and I'm still so intimidated by it!

All this - when I first dabbled in digi I thought I would actually become a hybrid scrapper after our move. I STILL have lots of paper scrapping supplies but use them for more general crafty projects rather than scrapping. I just didn't know how to start and combine my two mediums into one cohesive page.

Also, it might be less intimidating to start with something smaller like a card? I think that if I could learn about using my Silhouette and not be worried about a larger page in the beginning, I would feel more comfortable when I was ready for the sb page.

You are totally not alone haha! I am with you here! I have paper stuff (and I still buy it too haha). I would love to print and cut my digital products and do some fun hybrid pages. I even thought about attempting a Traveler's Journal as a smaller project first vs a full page. But I have put off trying to figure out my Silhouette for so long haha.
