WELCOME TO OUR WORLD, BY RACHEL
Bird spotting has quickly become a huge part of our lives thanks to Keaton’s new found passion and this last weekend we visited our local RSPB (Royal Society for the Protection of Birds) Nature Centre.
I have lots of photos to scrap from our visit, but for now, I wanted to scrap one of the photos of my two little ones in the ‘hideout’ looking through the binoculars. This is Mackenzie having fun and finding magic through the viewfinder.
I wandered into this creative process with an experimental approach and whilst I didn’t record my process from the start, I popped the camera on at the end to try and backtrack and explain to you my process which I think will be helpful as there are several ‘stash stretching’ tips along the way that I think might be useful for you if you like adding a Mixed Media Twist to your pages.
At the start of the video I introduce it as a ‘mini tutorial’ but it turned into quite a long video in the end, apologies!
