Just got home from Glacier National Park. Absolutely amazing. If you have never been, you definitely should go!!

Just checking out this month's BYOC and the Paislee Press and One Little Bird kits will be perfect for our vacation album. Starting to download and then get started. Expect lots of vacation pages!!

(Now I'm off to check out this month's challenges and all the amazing pages I've missed in the galleries this past week. Missed you all!!)

1. I'm jealous. I want to go there so badly.
2. There's even a vacation challenge this month!
Excited to see your pages. I bet you have some beautiful shots and some great family ones. too.

Hi @carilyne. Just went through the challenges and was excited to see a couple seem to be vacation themed. I will be able to complete pages for my album and complete the challenges!! :)

@rchansen was it very crowded? It's definitely a place I want to see.
It was busy but I didn't think it was bad. The Going to the Sun Road is an amazing drive but it does take awhile...and we pulled off a lot so of course that made it longer. It's a crazy drive!! Logan's Pass is always busy. We couldn't get in first day so we went back early another day and by the time we got up there it was pouring rain and only 40 degrees. We didn't stick it out and we never made time to go back up. That's the one thing I really wish we had seen that we didn't.

Oh well...guess we'll have to go back!! :)

I can't wait to see your pages! I didn't know it existed this low until you mentioned it last month. I knew of the one in Alaska, and in Canada. The Going to the Sun Road looks so scary!

I've been to Glacier Bay, but not Glacier. Definitely on my bucket list! Looking forward to seeing your layouts.

I have not done a vacation album in so long and I don't know where to start. HELP!!

I do have some kits purchased - Roam, Fresh Air, Outdoorsy, At the Lake, Hiking - but I'm not sure how to structure my pages. Should I use templates? Pocket style to include more photos? I'm overthinking this...

I just don't know!! :D

Use a mix! I love 2 page templates for vacations and big events, just so I can have more photos in there. But for the stunning photos you want to showcase, make an individual page.

That's actually what I have been thinking. Like I said, I am just way overthinking this. I think I just want it to be perfect!! ha ha.

It sounds like you had an amazing trip! I can't wait to see your layouts!

I'm trying to figure out my next album. So glad I'm not the only one overthinking!!!

I LOVE mixing regular layouts and pocket pages in the same album. In fact, a layout + pocket page is my favorite way to make a two page layout. You get to have fun with artsy stuff on one side and then have a nice, organized template for lots of photos on the other.

I just uploaded this one to the gallery using some of the new SOSN goodies...

Melissa - I love that!! Such a great way to focus one one or two photos on one page and include lots of fun photos on the other side. Thanks for sharing!!

I totally think it'll look awesome with highlighting your favorite photos and using pocket style like Melissa did!
