Y'all, these new Print and Cuts are so much fun. I made two different cards using Collage Skinnies 01 and though I foiled them both, one is printed on acetate and the other on cardstock.

This one was printed on acetate and l just layered it over a collage of papers I made from her Immersed kit.

This one was printed on paper and I just turned it into a slimline card.

I'm hoping she makes more of these!!

Love the foiling. What machine do you use for your foiling?

I created this hybrid tag using rub on transfer paper of for various aspects of the collage

Holy cow! The gold foil on acetate is so cool! This is another thing I didn't know existed Do you mind sharing how you did that?

What is rub on transfer paper. I had no idea there was such a thing, but now of course I NEED it! Off to Google it! :) Fabulous page!

Yeah but it isn't like a true rub on, it almost like a sticker finish. So if you aren't looking to layer any wet media's over it, it's fine but otherwise... save your money.

I've been playing with deli paper and LOVE that way more. My printer ate tissue paper but it seems to not mind the deli paper so I tore a page from @Rachel Jefferies book and used some deli paper this weekend.(and it's way cheaper!!!)

I used the paper bits on this hybrid tag & my mixed media items from the Snap Collection are printed on deli paper and collaged in the background

I use the Minc machine. I tried my laminator, but it never did work right for me, so I asked for a Minc for my anniversary. It seems to do a better job, but that could be because the laminator is 20 years old hehehe :)

Ahhh ok. That’s the one machine I don’t have. lol. I have the foiling pen for the cricut/silhoutte, & the glimmer…

It's so easy that it's embarrassing :) I just put acetate in my laser printer and printed out the PDF version of these collage skinnies. Then I used my Minc to foil it with gold foil. It was crazy easy and super-fast. The key is using the laser transparencies for the acetate. Okay, I said it was easy, but my first attempt I made a major mistake. Because acetate is clear, I didn't realize which side the toner was on and accidentally transferred the toner design to my carrier sheet rather than the foil sticking to the design. Oops!!! But once I paid attention, the entire process was less than 10 minutes to make. THEN I took the negative and made another card from it, so nothing went to waste!

I think the laminator would work if it wasn't so old. According to youtube videos, laminators should pre-heat for 30 minutes, but mine overheats and turns off before 30 minutes. The videos show people using a $20 laminator with great results though if that helps :)

Good to know! Funny story. I was reading your post about run-ons while scrapping with a friend of mine. I'd never heard of these, but she said "oh yeah, I have some right here" and she turned around and found an un-opened package of rub-on printer paper. She said I could play with it, so that's pretty awesome. I'm going to finally have a weekend day at home this weekend, so I want to try it out!

I recently bought some deli paper and tried printing on it and I agree.. so much easier to handle than tissue paper. :agree

So, you print on deli paper and use that directly on your page? What is the benefit - is it translucent? I’m intriqued
