HUGE thanks to Jenn McCabe!! We've been working through some tweaks today and I made some possibly final changes. We would love your input!! (You can see the drafts in the Design thread if you want to look at previous iterations.)

Looks great! I like the switch from the gradient. And it's so cohesive with the cover!

That little niblet of gray on the end looks a bit odd. Can the dark blue be elongated?

I could have sworn that you asked about that black box in the middle and something about green- at least I thought I saw it on my phone earlier. I don't see it now. My thought was to just leave it as white maybe in that area? Or, where it shows green, just fill it with the darker color as the overlap instead of blended to make green. Is this making sense?

I think it looks beautiful.. I am with Jenn.. I noticed that teeny gray triangle on the bottom right .. gorgeous.. going to meander over to the thread to check it all out.

OK, here are two updates... on the cover, I decided to try the same font as our logo to balance the top and bottom. Thoughts on that change? On the intro, I got rid of the little bits of black and gray and extended the blue out. Good suggestion there, thank you. I also fixed the bit of green that was in the blocking. Any other tweaks needed?

I really looks so pretty! Making the blue longer is perfect! I wonder if you made all the boxes solid? I may be noticing the solidness of that one box versus the opacity of the other boxes since I knew what it looked like before, if that makes sense? Or what about if they are all spaced out in diagonals with white lines in between colors similar to the top color bar? Thinking out as I type here. :)

Re-reading the words....
We have a period after the for preserving your memories(.) - should the short blurbs above have commas or should that period be removed... or leave it as is Jenn, you're overthinking? :) How would the words look if they were justified?

I like Jenn's suggestion to just tweak that green overlapping bit - can we do an adjustment on just the overlap between yellow and blue and make it more blue? I notice the fact that that's not blended too and it bothers me a bit. I do like the blending as a whole and vote to keep it though.

I see what you mean on the period ... will defer to Laura on that one - she is the grammar police! :giggle
Love the changes! :) :beat:heartlub:beat

I am amazed ladies. Laura I love the extended bottom to the solid blue. It looks awesome. I know understand the yellow and blue overlap.. the others all have the "multiply" overlap going on except the Yellow, but all in all, it looks awesome.

I am putting these up in Dropbox if anyone wants to have a play with the color blocks, blending and opacity. I really haven't even tackled the verbiage yet. I know the "Capturing All of Life's Memorable Moments" was from the original template. I've been rolling this around in my head. Do we need something that's more inclusive of art journaling? Or does that cover it?

I will put my grammar police hat on soon.

I really love the design! Very fresh, and so pretty with the BYOC colors.

This bugs me too, because we have 4 lines, but 3 paragraphs, and the first 3 lines have the same width. I would try adding bullet points (or some other prettier mark) to distinguish them.

I like the "Capturing All of Life's Memorable Moments", but was wondering about "we have something for every scrapbooker" - should we say "crafter" instead of scrapbooker?

I wonder if the gray and royal boxes can be swapped to avoid the green issue and still have the depth effect of the color blending.

Love the change with the color bar!

My Dropbox links are in post 12 if anyone wants to take a crack at the blocks and opacity?

Not sure it's any better than the darker green... now it's an odd lime green... but it's not calling out the eye the same way and also not solid like the yellow.

I think it’s way better from a blending standpoint but it weights all the blue on the left side.

Moved around... would prefer center left on bottom left but then you can't see the lettering.

Here's my crack or two cents. Whatever it is called in designland....
1. I couldn't decide if it felt too dark heavy on top, and light on the bottom. (sorry about the color swatch I forgot to hide)

2. Trying to balance the heavy/light from above better.
