It does appear that we have an intermittent checkout error with PayPal affecting some community members. Our developer is actively working on this, and we’ll share updates as soon as we know more.

In the meantime, credit card payments are working normally, so you can still complete your checkout that way.

Ok ya'll it's been a day but guess what, we have identified that using the PayPal button directly in the cart can cause an error for some customers. (we have finally consistently recreated the error and have a work around until development can do the actual fix)

To avoid this issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Add your items to the cart as usual.
  2. In the cart, click Proceed to Checkout (do not click the PayPal button in the cart).

3. On the checkout page, check Agree to the Terms.
4. Then click Pay with PayPal from the checkout screen.

This will allow your PayPal payment to process normally.
Thank you for your patience we hope to finalize the fix with development tomorrow!

If you are seeing the 'paypal' option in the cart, please log out and clear your cache and cookies. You should NOT see the paypal option in the cart at all with the update. Below is how your cart should look.

you should only have the option to 'proceed to checkout'

if you do NOT see this, please abandon your cart. Start new and/ or clear cache.

Thank you for the clear instructions. I was having some trouble so I will see if that helps me. Edited - yes that worked great, thanks :)

It should have only allowed you to select paypal at check out now, can you confirm that is what you saw? I know I tested several times this morning and that is what I saw and worked--just want to be sure.
