Unlimited Free Pages!

*squeal* So glad I dropped in earlier to catch up on this thread. I was misreading the fine print and thought I could have only 1 extrapage deal per shipping address. Whee, thanks to credit card room, I am now all printed up to the end of Jan!! They are almost all AJ pages but, hey, I finally convinced my budget/self that if I wanted a book of them, it was "worth" it, lol. NOW I read that I could have stacked the 40% off ontop. OMG, I might get a 10x10 next coupon round...must make more pages, wheee.

Thanks so much for the heads up on this. I finished and printed a vacation album from our 2016 vacation to Hawaii. Made a copy for my sister and saved over $300 with all the discounts. I also made the album much longer than I would have otherwise thanks to the free pages.

I'll have to remember that you can 'stack' coupons at Shutterfly next time I have a book ready. I had no idea but I'm still happy with my savings. A man I once dated used to say Never argue with a profit (or in this case a savings).

For those of you experienced Shutterfly users, I've heard that this "unlimited pages" is a pretty rare sale. Is that true? And is it normal for them to extend a sale?

I think I'm going to load several albums worth of stuff and just have it sitting there waiting for the next sale. Even though I ended up getting great deals, I was a little unorganized. There was so much more I could have printed, LOL!

This sale has been offered more than once in the last year so I wouldn't say it's rare. Occasionally they extend their sales a day or two but I wouldn't ever count on an extension. Hope this helps!

@Aerobigirl I think I have seen the unlimited pages sale about 4-5 times now. I think it must be really popular and that's why there are doing it more frequently now. I sure hope it sticks around as a regular sale! I also think it's a fabulous idea to get a book done ahead of time and just wait for a good sale. That's what I usually try to do, but sometimes it works out better than others. :giggle

I ordered five books (two 12x12 and three 8x8) with 90 pages per album for $233! The 8x8's are for gifts and the big ones for me. I can't believe how inexpensive that was! Otherwise I wouldn't have been able to order them all. Woohoo!

Now to get more albums completed for the next sale. Does anyone know how many times a year they have this sale?

I just got mine! I just teared up looking through our year. This is not going to be the last time that I do this. Michael and I went through it page by page together and just revelled in the memories of our year. Thank you Courtney, SO VERY MUCH for posting this for all of us to be able to enjoy this sale!

I ordered a Christmas book and need to get some themed books ready so I don’t have to scramble to make them when they have a sale in the future. This really is a great saving opportunity.

OK, it has been SOOOOOO long since I have been on Shutterfly; not sure what you mean by "free pages". I always thought you just paid for the whole album you were ordering.
An album is usually 20 pages and then each additional page is an extra $1.50 or so it really works for big (111page) books.

I got my two volumes of 2007 today in the mail!

Some of the pages' edges were chopped off but I didn't resize or otherwise make sure that I was within the margins, either. I tend to scrap off the page a lot so some of it I'm chalking up to my artistic style. :giggle

I paged through both volumes this afternoon, and it made me realize how very very different, for better and for worse, my life was 11 years ago. Some things I remembered, of course, but some I did not. I especially loved reading my journaling from 'back then.'

I have up through 2012 already uploaded to Shutterfly so hopefully I can print one year per sale and get more of these albums in my hot little hands soon.

And in a surprise turn of events, it's back through Sunday.

I just saw the email and was surprised to see it back so soon! Timing was bad for me to so I didn't order last time, but I'm going to try to get my first volume of 2017 done and printed in this one.

Did you see the Shutterfly email from today? It said free unlimited pages on reorders... does it have to be a reorder? Has anyone tried it with a new book?

Good question Tracie! I didn't read the email fully, just noticed the reorder in the title and skipped it.
