Trying to post in the Gallery - no option to insert link to the Shop

I uploaded one page today without incident because the kit I used was a retired kit. But now I'm trying to upload another page and the insert link area is just not there. Is anyone else seeing this issue? I don't know what to do.

It happens to me sometimes.
I don't have a fix but I just delete the image I have uploaded (when you are still in the loading screen) refresh and try again. Usually the box shows up again.

But maybe someone else has a better way?
