Trying to find layout again--help--Little Leaps.

It's called Little Leaps, and this is the description: alb_mayfreebie11aTLPmay.jpg I saved the jpg in my folder on my computer so I could go back to it but now can't remember where it was here at the LilyPad or what kit/elements were used. Can anyone help me out? Thanks!
