Today to do list | pad patter 10.10

and I woke up with a UTI,
I thought I could brave it thru doing house work, but pain level went above 8 and I went to clinic!
My first time, the sweetest Physician Assistant? PA..
her name is Betty, she is older, overweight in a grandmother kinda way, and she hugged me! I cried!
She called in the meds and within an hour I had antibiotics and pain meds in my blood system, making me happy
in the midst of the day, my 8 year old had a two hour melt down argh...so he napped next to mom in lala land
She gave me pain meds, that lol help my foot too! hahhah
so I was able to sleep a couple hours and now my house is clean and smells so nice. I am gonna sit and prep for tomorrow...and
I feel good!

That's a LONG list, Anne!

After work...
I have to clean the bathrooms. Ugh. I hate cleaning the bathrooms! Ugh again.
Homework with the boys...
Cook dinner...

Well, I had the smallest to do list pry out of everyone... and I didn't complete it! :mad But.... BIG But.... I did convince DH to clean one bathroom this morning (his shift starts at 1pm today), and I'll do the other. So... in a way it's half done! :agree

I blanche at the lists some of you have but then again those days are long gone for me...
1. I'm retired
2. All our children are adults and have their own children and none of them live with us
3. Some things like dusting or vacumning are not in my vocabulary. New windows helped a lot as did the passage of our cat over that rainbow bridge..sad, but no more cat barf on the wood floors. Plus someone comes every other week to make our house respectable. I straighten, she cleans. We're happy.

So today's list

Fix bed, daily load of laundry (machines are next to my studio), drink pot of tea cup by cup, lunch and dinner - these are automatic and today there are enough leftovers for both of us to eat. So...

- scanning photos for 30min was on list but as scanner is being temperamental this has an indefinite delay -grrr
- upload cruise pages to Persnickety
- upload unprinted 2016 PL pages to Persnickety
- WEDS order Persnickety prints - Changed to Friday as I see how jammed Persnickety is with orders
- tag September TLP purchases
- tag non-TLP September purchases - actually this turned out to be August ones but at least THEY are done!

- write TY note to xh re photo albums (this needs time to let the wording percolate)
- pick out books to donate in 15min intervals
- walk to library to return book
- visit friend and be sure to ask for recs for cellar waterproofing and digging out god help us:circles

Not all of these will get done because in between will be scrapping. Mostly finishing one challenge and starting another. Plus the sun's shining so I may just sit and read a bit outside this afternoon!

Oh TY Cheryl! I know a place in town that stocks most of those Torani syrups! a post-doctor-visit treat for me today! (I know she will comment on my weight in her 'do you think you can try to...' way!

Seeing how it is now Wednesday, if I post a To Do list for Monday, can I just mark it as all done?
Monday is my laundry day, but it started with an unplanned for visit to the vet. Poor kitty cat has a bleeding ulcer from the vet giving us a slightly different preparation of meds. Sigh. More meds for kitty, who hates all meds. But don't feel too sorry for her - her killer instincts are still active. She just brought us a squirrel.

Since today is almost done, we won't talk about today. Tomorrow's is:
- vacuum and dust downstairs (hubby is having friends over)
- clean downstairs bathroom
- remind daughter to do school work
- go to State Fair on opening day - ride rides, eat fair food, and walk a whole bunch

Friday
- wish I had not eaten all that fair food....

I hope you didn't buy it and open it yet . . . it's NOT good. Well, it's sweet, but it does NOT have coconut flavor. I am SOOOOO disappointed!
