Today is March 3rd.

I had to think about that earlier at work so I thought I'd share. lol! Today isn't a personal special day for me, only in that it's a Thursday. But, I have fun plans later!

It is National I Want You to be Happy Day today, and encourages us to do something that makes others happy. I think I might try to do this; it's a good reminder! It's the start of my day, so I have time to figure something out!

Then I looked at other March 3 things, and my horoscope came up. lol I haven't read my horoscope in years. I used to read them in high school a lot, lol! Mainly cause I was a boy crazy teen.

Here is what mine said - BUT I think it meant yesterday! Haha! I will read it, and maybe try not to argue with people. I did avoid an argument yesterday... though I was SO frustrated.

Cancer (June 21-July 22)
Do everything with care and patience today. If someone close to you is overpowering, step aside. This is a poor day for an argument because people will get caught up in ego conflicts. Therefore, be wise and table important discussions for next week. Practice patience.

And lastly, my son's school gives us a joke each day. More like Dad jokes, but I love them... so I always send it to my parents... my mom groans, and my dad laughs heartily!

Today is my bestie's (from college) birthday AND we had another friend in college that had the same birthday, so that was really fun to celebrate two of those birthdays on the same day each year. They had a fun book that they passed back and forth with fun things that pasted or wrote in there from our college years. I wonder where that book ended up. Lol. So I made her happy today by telling her that she's not old at all (because we are the same age and I refuse to be old yet)

Love the Dad joke. I can never think of a joke when asked. That's my youngest son's job. Lol. I'll have to ask him and come back here with one.

Well yay for National I Want You To Be Happy Day! And double yay for avoiding an argument!

I'm not a big one for horoscopes, but I do read them for fun from time to time. This is my today:

Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)

Bwahahahahaha! This is so far off base, well for the first part. I definitely am not thinking about romance. We don't call them Dad Jokes, we call them Grampie Jokes. My dad was the king of puns and silly jokes. My youngest dd and he used to call each other almost every day to tell jokes. It was long distance and we had to pay for every call (it was The Olden Days ) but they loved it so much! One of my dd's favorite Grampie Jokes was: Why did the chicken cross the road? To see his cousin Gregory Peck.

Steph used to giggle every time he told that one. Love that it's National I Want You to be Happy Day. My horoscope for the day:
