Is never happening. LOL. It's going so much slower than we'd hoped. There was massive amounts of rain that happened right at the beginning that delayed the whole process. The pad is poured but we are still waiting on the inspection. I'm hoping once that happens the rest of the process goes quickly.
On a positive note we got to go up this past weekend and take a closer look at the property. One thing that we didn't realize is that there is a small fenced in pasture that looks to be in pretty good condition. We're planning on starting just with chickens and a garden the first year, but it definitely opens up possibilities for the future (DH has been talking goats a lot).
I'm definitely excited to see where this road takes us. I had a meeting with the local 4H leader over the weekend and it looks to be a really good active group for DD. I'm just ready to get the moving part done with.

Sorry it's going slower than expected, but such is life, right? In no time at all you're be all settled and raising goats and chickens! I always wanted a goat as a kid. They are so fun! Our neighbors had one and it was so personable! We also had a family down the road from us that had two goats and whenever they went out of town we had to go down to their house and collect their chicken's eggs and milk the goats. I hated their geese, but the rest was fun!
