My husband, our 10 year old daughter and I are on a road trip this weekend to visit our oldest at college. On the long drive up on Friday, I was telling them about the "Name Something Your Grandmother or Mother Cooked" thread and how it was full of such sweet memories and yummy recipes. We're back in the hotel room for the night now where Julia and I were snuggled up reading. I look over at her ipad and she's here in the Pad forum reading the entire thread herself!! She's narrating to me as she goes along about the posts she found particularly interesting. Then, she tells me that sometimes she likes to come over the Pad and see what we're talking about! Seriously!!! SO stinking cute. I loved it!! :love

How cute! We are entertaining. But we should watch our P's & Q's or start labeling thread not for underage. Just kidding. I was surprised we didn't get any man gifs on Paula's birthday thread.

I love it! How cool that she checks this place out. You've provided a great hangout for us scrappers, and it's awesome that she not only is willing but also wants to take a look-see!

And @carilyne you crack me up but you're right: We totally should have provided eye candy for Paula on her bday! Hopefully that thread wouldn't interest young'uns. ;)

That's awesome... Smart girl! We'll have to watch what we talk about here. Make sure you don't talk about her Christmas presents or she'll know what she's getting. Lol

Hi Julia!!!
My 8yr old Brody often sits with me to watch Cheryl scrap. He's always telling me to type something from him.

What a cutie. He's adorable. I love that our children are interested in our hobby. My 10 yr old Megan loves to know what's going on with my scrappin friends.

Did she have her own fave grandma food memory to share? (I'm sure she loves all your food LOL)
My 11y.o. DD loves the scavengar hunts and such on special days (i did mention in my answer list PM to Karen that she found like half of them but i didn't think it was cheating, i just considered it bonding time and just like pouring over Where's Waldo books) we call him Wally in Australia).
I think i might need to make her her own log-in for future events....

awwww! that IS so cute!!! nothing like your kids loving what you do and what you've created!!! :))

So sweet! My oldest, Shayne, is always asking what is going on on the pad... he actually says it that way too... "What's going on at the pad today, Mom!?" It makes me giggle... and then I tell him something that I've come across from the day! He also like to peek at the products and pick his fave of the week. (He has also tried scrapping with me!)
