there was something in my cart from a previous order who can i contact about that

i went to buy something and hit pay with paypal and then when i got my order it was something that i had ordered before this order so i wanted to see about getting credit...it mustve somehow been in my cart still...i dont understand how if you bought something already you still see it in your cart...i would like to get credit for that duplicate order..who should i pm or email? thanks for help
 
thanks amber...i was trying to order your new stuff and some templates i had from yesterday was in the cart somehow??? even though i had processed that order...oh dear...
 
When I log in to the store, it almost always has my previous order still in my cart. Not sure why it does that, but I've gotten in the habit of clearing my cart every time I log in.

I'm sure you'll get your problem sorted. Laura is awesome. :)
