... any plans?

the girls and i are having a girls' weekend. they started in the wee hours this morning working on some arts & crafts stuff (letting me sleep in for the first time in ages - whoop!). not sure yet what the rest of the day holds - they are quite happy crafting, so i'll roll with that for a while.
 
Girls weekend sounds fun!

We have a low key weekend planned. The kids have a pool party this afternoon and we have church stuff tomorrow.

I will be hobbling through the weekend. I rolled my ankle pretty badly on a run yesterday. It is all taped up now and I am taking it easy.
 
Well the boys and hubby are over my dads fixing cars LOL my daughter is at her dads so WOOT im alone
Ill play either the WII or Xbox and HOG it LOL i hate having to share my video games LOL
 
I am trying to get some stuff cleaned (oh how I wish I had an Alice-from the Brady Bunch for those not in the know) around here while the dogs try to get along.... Moo is upstairs trying to finish cleaning her pig sty too... then I want to shoot some photos and scrap a bit!

OOOO Carolee... hope you are feeling 100% soon!
 
I am having a low key weekend myself. I got hit with some sort of horrible bug yesterday and am feeling better today, just not awesome. DH is studying, boys are going to go to lunch with the grandparents, so I will have a couple of hours of alone time.

Carolee, hope your ankle gets better soon--that is so not fun!
 
pretty low key here ..I've gotta keep quiet as hubby's working nights all weekend. Trying to get my self organized so I can do some scrapping.. if my mo-jo co operates!

I have no plans. We have ball practice at 2 today for one boy and again tomorrow for the other boy. But other than that I'm feeling uninspired. I should be cleaning or designing, but neither sounds too fun at the moment.

Maybe I'll scrap?
 
we finally did a lot of cleaning today! YAY! it really start to feel like spring now and I think tomorrow we are visiting an animal parc... hopefully we will have sun!!!
 
It's the first proper spring day here - so we have spent lots of time in the sun today - it was lovely:)¨

We also went shopping and bought a silly amount of stuff. Both the kids needed new trainers, we got an amazing deal on a Nintendo DS (a third of the price anywhere else) so we got one for Sara. She's a bit young for it yet, but at least now they don't have to fight over Kaja's DS all the time. I don't know who was happier - Sara for getting one, or Kaja for being able to have hers to her self;) And then I got a macro lens for my camera:beat:beat
And we got a bigger screen for the desktop computer. That's mainly for SO though, I always scrap on my laptop. So a pretty good day of shopping! Tomorrow we are going for a walk by the sea (have to try out that new lens;)) and maybe a bike ride, and just lounging around.
 
We are having a very laid back weekend. My DH and DS went to a wrestling tournie today, but the weather is gorgeous so the younger ones and I are going to the park! Yay!!!

That is a crazy cool day of shopping Kristine! Call me jealous!!
 
Well, today is my son's 17th birthday and we're celebrating with a pizza party later. Right now, I'm here in the forums checking things out! LOL

Me? I've been sitting in my pj's for several days now. I was supposed to be on a vacation up to NorCal, but got a nasty cold bug last week. It got BAD on Thursday, so I've just sat around, scrapped, read, and slept. I just got up to do a little something, and I'm wiped out again. The weather is absolutely gorgeous though (around 80 degrees), so I'm going to force myself to go get a shower, and at least go sit outside and read. Thankfully, I took a few more days off work (for the vacation!!), so I can rest and get well.
 
We've had two really late nights in a row so my kiddos slept until almost 11 this morning (unheard of around here!) We'll probably keep it low key today and try to get to bed early so it won't be so hard to get up for church tomorrow. Maybe some scrapping and jello-jiggler making ;) I have some little bug-shaped cutters I think my boys would get a kick out of :D
 
I had my nails done this morning; John went out of a motorcycle ride. The dogs and I went grocery shopping, and now Roxy's crapped out in the backyard and Aspen in her bed! apparently it's already been a full day for them!

DH has a friend in from out of town so I'm playing host, but his friend is pretty low maintenance so that's good! We opened up the pool today so I had 8 7 year old boys here playing king of the pool this afternoon...we don't have anything planned for tommorrow so that's nice.
 
Yesterday was a bit of a girl's day/night. I left work early and went shopping all afternoon with my mom, then dinner and a movie at home. The boys were camping. Today I drover her part of the way home, and now it is almost time for a date night with hubby. It will probably be one of our last nights on the town here in Asheville. He leaves next Saturday for Brussels. Tomorrow will be spent getting us ready for the move and starting the packing process for him. So quite an eventful weekend for us!
 
we've been at the baseball field ALL DAY LONG! Both boys' teams won and now I'm so ready to take a nap!

I need more sleep. DS2 has been waking in the middle of the night and screaming until I cuddle him. But then I put him down and he screams again. it is really driving me nuts. Last night he slept through but I'm still exhausted from the last few nights.
I got stuck on a page last night so I'm hoping I can finish that today. DH is at golf and we will probably take the kids to the park when he gets home. I need to clean but that's it for my day.
hmmm...yesterday we cleaned, DH went to golf, and we went to the pools. DS was very tired (due to the screaming all night) so it was a grumpy day.

I had a lovely girls day too! Took bugga to a playdate and went out to lunch and to get pedicures with some girlfriends to celebrate my friend's birthday. It was a really nice break! Hoping to get my scrap on tonight and tomorrow. Woot!
 
We had Opening Day today for Little League and we have a game tomorrow and I'm running the snack shack, so I've been busy getting the schedule set and making sure parents show up. I really hate coordinating that snack shack. I only have to do it twice a season, but boy is it a pain. Trying to fit in some scrapping tonight though :)
