The gift of ordinary days

oh dear...I have a "sullen alien creature" in my home right now...that I fill the fridge for constantly!!
this made me just weep and I noticed something else that is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo important...
photos of mom!
putting us in their memories is so important!
thank you Lynn-Marie! I needed to watch this today, I couldn't bear to click it yesterday.

Lynne-Marie,
How dare you.. I am crying here... it's too early for me crying...

It's gorgeous, thanks!

I know... I didn't expect to cry so much! I guess it's because she had boys and so do I. My oldest is 12 and he's starting to become more independent. Fortunately, he's a talker, so he still tells me everything (I think!). He's easy to read too. I can always tell when something is going on.

Oh. I'm not a crier, but this made me teary. This is why I scrapbook.

So beautiful, and so wise her words.....and yes, this is why I scrap too.. I started because I wanted to show my daughter that her father was not always the [insert proper word here] that he was when I ended up leaving with police protection.... and I am always (as is she) so glad of all the books I have printed... we keep going back and looking through them :)

Thanks for sharing this Lynne, will pass it on to my friends
