Well, I am already in Christmas mood, and I found this post on a women's clothes fb page, and really caught my eye, but thinking about the text, it would be better that we should have a "Thanksgiving attitude" during all the year, not just one day. I really don't think that matters if people is celebrating or not a Thanksgiving, since in many parts of the world isn't celebrated, but I do believe that deliberately cultivate an attitude of gratitude is good for the soul.
What do you think about it?
Do you think that gratitude can increase well-being and happiness?
I'm really interested in read your thoughts, please share them here with me.

Absolutely! I do think being mindfully grateful improves our well-being and happiness. I think we get more of what we focus on. Thinking about what we're grateful for leads to finding more things to be grateful for and soon we realize there are so many good things in life. And I agree that it should be a year-round thing, not just one day. I feel that way about many holidays. I don't care about valentines day or mothers day; let's show our love continuously.
