TGIF! What's up this weekend!

What's up this weekend everyone?

We have a double headed lacrosse game tomorrow (for my middle son) and our first playoff football game for my oldest so it's sports, sports and more sports :thumbsups

I was hoping to carve our 8 pumpkins with the kids tonight but we are supposed to be getting hurricane like weather this weekend so I think we are going to take the kids downtown to eat and get some fall pictures in case the wind knocks all the leaves off the trees this weekend...yikes! I guess we will save the pumpkins for Sunday when we are stuck in the house.

I had grand plans for the weekend :giggle I guess I will be stalking the weather channel :thumbsdowns

I'm going to a women's luncheon at my outpatient building. I'm very excited for it actually. Then my husband is taking off to see a friend for the night. It has been months since he did something for himself instead of just worrying about me so I'm very happy for him. He has surely deserved a break.

Then Saturday night I'm taking my kids to meet a friend and her kids. We are going to a town that is doing a fun trick or treat thingy.

Sunday will be a lazy, hang out with the kids kind of day I think.
 
Stay safe Kelly! Looks like the whole coast is going to be watching the weather. I think we are just supposed to get some rain from it here.

We have an adult Halloween party tomorrow night and there are a couple festivals around town this weekend that we might hit up. :)
 
Going to see my family! So excited, we haven't seen them since Christmas.
 
We woke up this morning and it was freezing! This weather is driving me crazy! It's gone from 80s to 40s this week.

I'm so excited for the weekend because we don't have much planned. Life has been so crazy lately! There is a Pumpkin Fest going on tonight at school so we may go there. Tomorrow is sports day - football playoffs, soccer and swimming. And hopefully I'll be watching Notre Dame beat Oklahoma in football! We have a Pumpkin Chase at church on Saturday. I can't believe Halloween is almost here.
We need to carve our pumpkins, too.
 
Tonight I have a birthday dinner for one of my besties. Japanese food...yummmmm....I can already taste the spicy sauce.

Tomorrow we have a bunch of friends coming over to carve pumpkins. We do it every year. I've been sick all week though and my house is a mess. I need a magic wand....or a housekeeper. I'm not picky. LOL!

I have one thing going on this weekend, but it's a doozy....MOVING! Ugh. So I will be lifting, moving, unpacking, cleaning ALL weekend! Fun times.

At least I don't have a hurricane to contend with. Hope you all aren't too impacted by the storm!

Carolee, I actually felt the front come through last night during my run... I was literally sweating and hot and then it was like I ran into a freezer LOL

hmm... we have dinner plans tonight with some friends and then helping them set up their nursery

Saturday the only thing on the agenda is my 30 minute run... the last day of my "training" schedule, WOOT!!! Then I need to work up to actually running 3 miles instead of just 30 minutes... yeah, I'm slow tee hee :giggle

Sunday is church
and I hope to get some scrapping done this weekend and catch up on Project Life :) and I really want to make a mess and work in my art journal... I've been taking sermon notes in my art journal lately and then painting during nap time in the afternoon and just loving that time to really think about the message :)
 
We have such a busy weekend ahead - and I am overwhelmed. Tomorrow is our annual Halloween party. We have friends flying in from Kansas and others driving in from Ohio. I expect we will have at least 50-60 people here. I am normally prepared way in advance, but not so this year. So tonight will be a late night of decorating and making Halloween Food. Tomorrow, Helene has dance at 10am, a party at 11am, Karate test at 1pm, Ella has karate test at 2pm, and then our party starts at 4pm. The weather is not supposed to be very nice due to the hurricane hitting the coast, so there is not much chance we will be able to use our new fire pit. Aaaaaaaahhhhhh - so much to do!
 
We're heading back to camp later this afternoon! I'm so looking forward to just getting away for the weekend and clearing my mind of all the BS that's been going on around here! Will be back Sunday early afternoon since my grandsons will be coming over so it should be a relaxing weekend.
 
We have a very busy weekend. A bottle drive for the Beaver and Cub Scouts, then an extra football practice, followed by a soccer practice, and then church on Saturday night. Sunday is football and soccer games.

Oh, and I should mention that we have *snow* on the ground. Sheesh!
 
We're going to have a relatively quiet weekend for once. DD's friend is coming over tonight, so we're getting pizza because the guy can put away a TON of food. I'm catching up on some writing and homework. Doing usual housework and some party prep because we're having family over next week for a mini Halloween party instead of taking the littles out trick-or-treating.

Nothing exciting for sure, but it will be nice to just catch up a bit.
 
This is going to be a busy weekend! I'm going to a crop and a Halloween party tomorrow! I'm dressing up as Doctor Who! And then we've got a baby shower on Sunday. I'm off on Monday as well. Woohoo! So I am really hoping that this Frankenstorm isn't as bad as the news is hyping it up because I don't want it to ruin my plans! I think I should probably go get some groceries and do my laundry tonight just in case.
 
My mom and I are taking Miss Monkey to Zoo Boo tomorrow. Hopefully, it won't be too cold and/or rainy.

Otherwise, just usual stuff --- cleaning, scrapping, hanging out, churching. I started watching 'Melissa & Joey' last night on Netflix and am already in love (then again, I have had a crush on JLaw since I owned his album on CASSETTE TAPE!) so I'll be watching that while I scrap.
 
Nothing too major. DH is working tomorrow, so I get kid duty again.

DD is having a couple of friends over for a mini-Halloween party on Saturday, so we need to do a little shopping and cleaning today to get ready for that.

DD needs a new winter coat, so if we don't find her one when we're out today, I'll probably take her back out looking on Sunday.

That's about it! Oh, and maybe designing. Have you heard of this crazy DSD thing that's coming up? :spin:giggle

We have our last soccer pratice for the season tonight....our last two games tomorrow!!! YAY!!!!!!!!

we have a halloween party tomorrow night at the local pub that the kids have a costume for but apart from that i am hibernating because t is supposed to be cold this weekend
 
It's my weekend to work at the library, and my husband is giving the ACT tomorrow so it'll just be me and the baby boy. Then church, more work, and a halloween party with our friends.
 
Its a quiet weekend here - its going to be HOT HOT HOT so we are just going to laze around as much as possible and maybe go for a swim :)
