TGIF! What's up this weekend?

Happy Friday everyone!!!!! What are everyone's weekend plans? The weather is so nice we may go to the beach one day, the boys are going golfing Saturday afternoon and we will probably clean up the pool and get it ready to go (still to cold to swim though..at least for me) for the summer (it starts early here).

I need to go back on vacation. <grin> HAHA!!

What are we doing.... hmmm....
we are always busy doing something, but for the life of me can't ever figure out with what.
We will be going out to dinner tonight. It's our Friday night tradition to go out for dinner.
And... Sophie sings two solos in church on Sunday. I'm really looking forward to listen to her.
She loves singing so much, and I love to listen. So :heart:

While I definitely won't be going to the beach this weekend, we do have a few things planned. I'm gearing up for Spring in my garden. So I have some plants to buy, probably some new peonies. Exciting right? LOL, only if you are a gardener...

Hitting the mall with my 12 yo tomorrow.
Date night with the hubby on Saturday night.
 
We have a date night planned too! I haven't been on a date with the hubbs in months, so I'm pretty excited!

As for the beach and pool where you know where you can go.... lol! ;) We actually have a winter storm warning in effect and are expected to get 20-30cm of snow... gah... I need spring to get here and fast!!!!

Date?!? What's a date? Haven't been on those since forever!

Saturday, I have to tackle the garden. We've been having so much rain lately that it looks like a jungle outside my window. In the afternoon I'm off to a kitchen tea.
Sunday is church and lunch at my parents.
 
Ummm - a whole lotta nuthin'? HAHAHA. We're so boring. We have nothing planned. I was trying to figure out a way to pawn off the kids to have a date night but my usual sitter (mom!) is out of town for the weekend. LOL.

I'll probably "try" to scrap. I say "try" because I keep "trying" and cannot seem to get anything on a page. Major lack of mojo here.
 
Pool and Beach sound nice, but then again Gardening does too. We are expecting snow, snow and snow still. So no gardening for us.

We have two birthdays to celebrate but other than that I'm planning a big shopping trip to Sam's Club. Always a couple hours adventure for me.

I have the whole weekend off!!!! OMGosh...I can't remember the last time, and I saw next weeks schedule already, and I have that weekend off as well! Yay!!!!

We are going to clean on Saturday. My dh doesn't know this yet, but he's going to clean the garage, take loads for donations (beds, tables....it's gotta go) and I'm going to do a few deep cleaning things in the house. Then...we are going to a fundraiser dinner/poker/bunco night for my friends daughters volleyball team. It's at one of the wineries here (the owners have a daughter on the team) so it will be a LOT of fun. We are both looking forward to the night out!

Sunday....hmmmm...maybe we'll build a chain link fence up at the top of our property. The fence up there has fallen, and there are coyotes roaming up there. They'll be able to jump the chain link one if they really wanted to, but I don't think they'll do it just to get our cats. If we had chickens or something...then we'd have to build something bigger.

The weather is gorgeous...warming up a bit every day.

Off to get a manicure/pedicure right now then work till late tonight!
 
Well, I´m not heading to the beach but we´re definitely going to a place with a pool!!! It´s still very hot here, plus it´s Carnival weekend here in Brazil! The boys are very excited to this!! There will be 4 days of pure fun and dressing up with customs!! CArnival starts officially tomorrow and we´re spending the 4 days at my parents´country house. We´re going to have a Carnival party there and it is also my father´s birthday on Monday!! I guess it´s gonna be a lovely weekend around here.
 
My hubby's grandmother recently passed away, and he's away for the weekend for her funeral (on the East Coast). The kiddos and I are going to a Fun Fair at school tonight, to Home Depot to build a car tomorrow at their kid's workshop, and a pancake breakfast at school on Sunday. I promised them a trip to Chuck E Cheese at some point, too, and I'm so not looking forward to that.

Nothing planned here. I'm a single mom for the next 2 weeks. Hubby is on a business trip.
I'm still recovering from my sinus surgery so just plan to take it easy.

tonight is family fun night at the kids' school. they're excited. hopefully it goes by quickly... i'm not feeling spectacular and i'm thinking loud crowded festival does not sound spectacular at the moment.

other than that, Sunday is my birthday! not really doing anything because hubby is MIA and meagan has another birthday party to go to, but i will still enjoy myself anyway. just taking it easy.
 
yeah seriously this beach and pool talk needs to stop LOL!!

Tomorrow is Gabe's birthday so the weekend is all about him! WOOHOO! LOL He loves it too and can't wait! He will be a big 7 years old! Craziness!
