TGIF! What's on for the weekend?

It's Friday! And it's iNSD weekend! :perfect

What do you have planned?

My family has a busy weekend ahead: track meet, a friend's birthday party and packing for vacation. I'm hoping to take some time out and go to PF Chang's on Saturday night. Friends gave us a gift card to there recently and it's burning a hole in my pocket. LOL Then, church and family dinner on Sunday. I'll definitely be hanging out here and enjoying the NSD party too.

PF Changs is so yummy! I'm jealous!

My oldest turns 7 today and her party is tomorrow. We got her an American Girl doll, she's been BEGGING for one and I can't wait for her party so I can give it to her!! Sunday, I'm hoping they'll be super busy with Katelyns new toys and I can have some iNSD fun!
 
American Girl Doll... how fun! My daughter was a total AGD addict and even still plays with them some at 11 yo.

Both of my kids are in School of Rock and this weekend is their "grunge" show. They perform at a local club both Saturday and Sunday evening. Off to Target in a few to try to locate some more grungy accessories to complete my daughter's look for the show.

it's yardwork, this afternoon, 'til dark probably... mow the lawn, weedwhack etc
I can't believe it snowed all of April, but the grass is above my ankles already!
tomorrow, grocery shopping etc... then..........
I'm spending iNSD with my BFF amandac, and all of my froggy friends here :)

Looks like a good wkend ahead. I have a lifestyle family photography session tomorrow morning so am thrilled that the skies will be clear and I can do the session both indoors and outdoors. Afterwards I'll go for a long walk with my retriever (and camera) to see if I can find anything of interest to photograph. Then home for a BBQ dinner and editing. Of course I'll fit in some scrapping time. Sunday I need to get some chores done and work on taxes (ugh) but will find time to get online and play. I'm just happy that it's warm out, the back door is open, a warm breeze is coming thru and the sun is shining thru my windows.
 
We don't have a ton going on this weekend I don't think. That makes me pretty happy! Tonight I'm hosting a speed scrap here and then tomorrow I promised to take my oldest to Toys R Us so he can spend some of his birthday money from last weekend. Otherwise we have church and Sunday school on Sunday and that's it! Maybe I'll actually catch up on my housework and laundry? Or... maybe I'll scrap and play with NSD stuff! :)
 
Gurls' night today with Miss Monkey while Hubs takes his last final. We're hitting the bookstore + grocery store before pizza, popcorn, & a Redbox movie.

I am most excited abt getting to hear Glennon Melton speak this Sunday abt her book/blog/life. I've been reading Momastery for the last year or so, and this is another experience for my New52. :)
 
We had field day today - I think I'm more worn out than the girls. Probably something easy like Pizza and a movie tonight. We have one birthday party tomorrow and church on Sunday. Other than that not much going on. I have been planning to paint stripes in our little entry way - maybe I'll get to that this weekend.

Oh - I am not famiiar with her and someone just recommended one of her books to me - I think it's called Carry on Warrior. Have you read it?
 
It's a long weekend here in Uk... Monday is off ...we've rented a cottage together with some of our friends... Will let all the kids run amock and the adults can all have some grown up time :)
 
BBQ tonight with B&SIL, soccer starts tomorrow for 3 girls, and hot dog roast sunday night. It's starting to feel like summer! :)
 
I am NOT cooking tonight, we are going out, hopefully for some soup. It's wet, cool and very very humid, so my hands hurt, so I want something to warm me up.
 
Just sent off dh and my oldest son (10) for their weekend camp to end the Scouts year. They get to sleep and play inside Fort Edmonton all weekend - they are pretty excited!

My youngest (7) has a football spring camp all day tomorrow, and then we'll head to church on Sunday morning. Probably spend the rest of Sunday helping clean up the garden at my mom & dad's place.
 
Some scrapping for the iNSD festivities, and catching up on my PL album, plus some work (yuck).
Oh, and kisses for Bart!!

hmm this weekend I have told my family to LEAVE ME ALONE as it is iNSD (wasn't just a couple of weeks ago they asked! outrageous!!) and I plan to spend as much time as I can hanging out here with my bff Deb and all my TLP pals!

I'm hosting a speed scrap Sunday (my time) and I am really excited (I'm a virgin speed scrap hoster) AND terrified (that no-one will turn up lol!)

But in between iNSD and throwing food in the families general direction when they get too rowdy I DO have to do a bit of shopping and play Mum's taxi service off and on :D

Nothing planned for tomorrow (well today now given the time it is here) but I guess I won't get much time on the laptop with DH/DS at home. That's why I do most of my digi stuff in the middle of the night/!

I'm planning on hanging around here for iNSD of course
DD has been asked to be a flower girl for my niece's wedding so we are doing dress fittings etc today, hens night tonight and tomorrow DD has a birthday party
 
We have 2 Soccer games and a baseball season opener.....but we have a sick kiddo so it's going to be me sitting at home SCRAPPING and taking care of sick boy, while DH handles a soccer game and baseball game. YAY for scrapping time, BOO to sick boy!!!

I hope to hang out here for iNSD, get some scrapping and shopping done and have fun!!!!

Perfect timing... I am sure that was planned by a scrapper!
 
We have a busy weekend here this weekend, we had soccer this morning and I went to bootcamp at 7am, so we are back home and the kids are playing Skylanders, so I'm getting in some online time, and then tonight hubby and I are going out to dinner
