TGIF! What's on for the weekend?

The weekend end thread is a bit late today because I spent the morning with my youngest at kindergarten round up. *sobs* We ran around this afternoon, grabbed some groceries and are waiting to pick up the teenager right now. After that, I am counting the minutes until 5...at which time I will be opening a brand new bottle of wine. Ahhhh. yes. welcome to the weekend!

What do you have planned?

Tomorrow, I am going to a mega crop with my girlfriends. I'm planning on powering through my Project Life and getting caught up. On Sunday, we have church and then we are heading out into the country to get all the starters for our garden from a local family nursery/farm. Should be a GOOD weekend. :)

Our weekend will be spent in a mad dash to get our house ready for the arrival of sweet baby on Tuesday. I can already feel the ache in my back and stress of not feeling prepared enough. Off to the home improvement store this evening and hoping that buying some pretty flowers will start the weekend off on a high note :)

How exciting Amanda! I can't wait to hear your big news!

Tomorrow is opening day for baseball and soccer. If the weather permits. On Sunday we are all doing a 5K/1mile local fun run.

Got a bike (motorcycle) rally we're attending all day tomorrow and hope to do a little cleaning and relaxing on Sunday.

Ya know how that goes.....the best laid plans! Will just go with the flow if anything changes.

DH and my father in-law will be continuing on our bedroom renos. We hoped to have it completed this weekend, but it's been tough for hubby working all day and then working on the room in the evenings when he's beat. SO this weekend is finishing the mudding/sanding of drywall and going to order the flooring. It's coming together and I can't wait til it's done :)

Early congrats Amanda, I hope everything goes super smoothly for you xo

We have our first soccer game tomorrow too. Too bad it's supposed to rain. Blah! Tonight I'm going to hole up in my craft room. I ordered a bunch of new beads/jewelry supplies last week and it all arrived this week and now it's play time! :) Sunday we have church and then a potluck lunch afterwards for a new small group thing they are starting up. Not too much really and I'm looking forward to it being the weekend! :)

Dude.

Tomorrow morning I am doing Tough Mudder. As if the 12 miles and 27 obstacles wasn't enough... now they're saying storms and possible HAIL for the weather. Awesome. :huh

Then I have 3 soccer games that night.

Sunday morning I have 8 miles to run with my beginning half marathoners and then in the afternoon my new 5k clinic starts, and then I have 2 more soccer games.

I will not survive this weekend. :dizzy

Just the usual -- Bible study Saturday afternoon and church + ILs on Sunday. I need to go to the store tomorrow morning to pick up some dip + veggies to bring to Bible study. The oven is broken, so it'll have to be cold dip!

I'm impatiently waiting for two jobs I interviewed with this past week to get back to me as well as a freelance opportunity I applied for with LivingSocial. If only HR people worked weekends sometimes! :giggle

Just DD's horseback riding lesson and a very belated Easter egg hunt that I still have to do for DD. And DH is wanting to go television shopping cuz our 10 year old tv isn't very happy anymore.

uggghhh....working Saturday and Sunday. I have to get the back room prepped for inventory.

Tonight we started celebrating my husband's upcoming birthday with dinner, frozen yogurt and the purchase of a new laptop for him. Tomorrow am Kenzie has a soccer game. Then we do not have anything major planned. Hoping to get to rest some this weekend...Last weekend was non stop action.

I've had the longest week ever... I think I will mostly sleep.

I've had a crazy week. DD has worked 57 hours (plus 10 hours of commuting) and we moved her Tuesday, so that has been insane. DH and I were going to take Kennedy over to see my stepkids and other grandson because it is Conan's 1st birthday. Jessica texted me at 2:30 this morning to tell me Kennedy was vomiting, so she brought him over and then headed to work. Needless to say, DH went across the mountains without me. I'm hoping that Kennedy will be feeling better tomorrow so I can do something other than literally hold him the entire day. Poor little sickie. I'm hoping to get some scrapping done and maybe even take a shower! LOL. Big plans ahead for me.

I also have schoolwork. Poo. I'm really behind though, so I need to catch up. Ugh.

I am going down the shore tomorrow to check out some areas not too far from my job. It's time to start thinking about moving and I want to check out the neighborhoods! :) On Sunday, we're celebrating my niece's 9th birthday! I can't believe she's so grown up!!!!
