TGIF!!! What's on for the weekend?

What a week! I am so glad the weekend is almost here! What do you have planned?

DH and I have a swanky date night tonight. Tomorrow, we're letting the kids pick a matinee for a family movie. Then, we'll probably grab some sushi. Sunday is the usual church stuff. I am supposed to scrap with my BF, but her DH got called out town. I am hoping she is able to get a sitter, because ending the weekend with some scrap time sounds perfect right now.

I hope everyone has a great few days!

YOU WILL NEVER BELIEVE IT!

Running, soccer, and more running. :giggle

Have an awesome date night, how exciting.

I am SO excited for this weekend. A friend of mine organized a scrapbook retreat in a gigantic beach house about an hour from my house. I'm taking the afternoon off work to get there by 2:00 and I'm going to scrap and scrap and scrap til I can't see anymore! :) Oh and as an added bonus my friend is the best cook ever and she's making all our meals for us too! :happydance:happydance2:happydance:happydance2:yesss

hmmmm.. Well I'm on call tonigth and tomorrow it's free trail pass weekend in Quebec for the snowmobiliers so my boys are going with the hubby and my Dad. As for Sunday, I really don't know. Hopefully just relaxing because I think I'm coming down with something.

Have agreat date night, Laura!

I also plan to run but we'll see how I'm feeling....

Karen, a scrap retreat sounds amazing right about now! Have fun!

Fun weekends guys!! Scrap Retreat sounds like SO much fun!!

Tonight I am going to the Target Breaking Dawn event!! WOOT WOOT!!
I am psychotically a Twi-Hard fan, and SO CRAZY excited to see the preview for the next movie.
So much that I will be spending a few hours inside Target to get a chance to see it!! HAHA!!
(Did I mention I'm dragging my hubbie, AND getting a babysitter just for this?) <grin>

After watching my new copy of Breaking Dawn this weekend will probably be a work weekend.

Oooh Laura your weekend sounds like the perfect combination of fabulousness. Enjoy, enjoy ♥

Angie, yay for running! And soccer. And running!

And Karen, oh I hope you enjoy your scrap retreat! That sounds positively wonderful!!

Hope you're not getting sick, Renee!! ♥

Oh goodness Krista you're a hoot. Have fun!!

I'm in the "usual" camp. Although I will be doing an abnormal amount of baking for the PTO bake sale. Other than that it's writing, playing with Bugga, working, playing with Bugga...with a side of a trip to town for groceries. I really reallyreally want to scrap this weekend so I'm determined to make that happen somehow.

Karen, that sounds like fun!!!!! :)

I want to go see an exhibit at the Whitney Museum in New York. And I want to try to see some movies! There are some Oscar nominated films I need to see. The Oscars are like my Super Bowl!

Hope you all have a great weekend!

Rest and relaxation, lol!! Actually I have to be up early tomorrow because my boys are testing for their next belt in karate at 9:00. And then tomorrow night we are having a suprise bday party for my BIL. But besides that, I'm going to be chilling and scrapping :)

Nothing planned other than doing errands on Saturday and getting over the sickies

Sunday I lead worship in the morning at church and hoping I feel better since I'm the only alto singing

Jeff took Monkey to go eat lunch with her brother, so I'm kidfree at the moment! Woot! I have laundry and dishes to do before they get back. Not so woot. J. will be off to work in a few hours, and then Monkey and I will go through our usual nightly routine. I'm excited that a new ep of 'Who Do You Think You Are?' is on tonight.

Tomorrow, my SS has a bball game in the morning, and then J. will be bringing him back here for the weekend. I have no idea what we'll end up doing tomorrow. Sunday is church and the ILs' for lunch per usual. SS' mom is coming by to pick him up so he can attend his other sister's bday party and then dropping him off at our house later. My beloved 'Once Upon a Time' is back on Sunday night.

Of course, I'll be scrapping tonight and possibly at some point this weekend. With VDay next week, I really need to do a VDay photo shoot with Monkey, but not sure how cooperative she'll be.

The weather is making it hard to make any plans right now. We were supposed to go camping but the high tomorrow isn't supposed to get out of the 30s so that got canceled...by ME! And Sunday into Monday, they're already posting winter weather advisories so looks like a weekend of chillaxin. BUT! DH can't stand to sit at home and relax so we'll be off to some store before the weekend is over. So, basically, my plans for this weekend is: DO. NOTHING.!~ (Okay....I will find time this weekend to scrap!)

Tomorrow starts the 2-day boys gymnastics meet that our gym is hosting. So tonight will be set-up, I'll work the meet all day Saturday, and then Sebastian competes Sunday morning. On top of that, Meagan has a different meet Sunday afternoon, so we'll leave Sebastian's awards, and head straight to Meagan's meet to get her there on time.

My mom, MIL and 3 other family members are coming in tonight/tomorrow to stay with us so they can go to the meets. My house is a disaster. So in the next 2 hours I need to clean, make dinner, and get the kids from school. I need my superhero cape for this!

Laura, have a great time!!

Karen, wow, that sounds fantastic! Are you digi scrapping?

I need to catch up on some scrap pages, and I'd love to squeeze in a needle felting gift for DH for Valentine Day, but I don't think I'll have time for that. And do my PL spread for the week. I also should work on some homework and a paper review, but I'm not sure I will do much this weekend. :giggle

Tonight is girls night with my friend and her girls. Watching Secret Circle and Breaking Dawn. Tomorrow we have a birthday party from 4 to 6 and family dinner with the inlaws at 5:30 so Kenzie and I have to be 2 places at once. Sunday I hope to rest, scrap, read...maybe....lol

omg rebecca! good luck!

It;s saturday morning here and I am being lazy sitting here on doing not much!
This afternoon we are going to my brothers place for a get together/swim/bday party for me.

Tomorrow DH has golf, so the kids and I will be having a relaxing day. Maybe we will head to the park at some stage but not much else.

Rebecca, I feel your pain. We go through the same thing with our boys and swimmin...especially when our club is the host! :dizzy

We have a pretty open weekend for us. Swim practice in the am for the boys. Our closest friends are coming over in the afternoon to hang out and have dinner with us. shhh...don't tell anyone... WE DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO ON SUNDAY!!! :happydance Not really sure what we're going to do with ourselves. :giggle

Tomorrow morning dd's Girl Scout troop is participating in a spa party/badge workshop, and one of the leaders couldn't make it, so I'm filling in driving and such. What are the odds that I'll get all the quiet girls in my car? :giggle

Then tomorrow night a guest magician is arriving for the weekend. (Dh coordinates the area magic lectures, and the lecturers often stay with us.) The house isn't ready at all, so I'll get to spend the afternoon cleaning. woo hoo The actual lecture is Sunday afternoon, and I'm hoping the kids decide they want to go, so that I can have some quiet time with the house to myself for a hew hours. :whistle

It is snowing here too! Only a few inches, nothing too bad. The kids are hoping for more. )

Good luck Rebecca! That will be me next weekend. Our swim club is hosting a meet and it will go all weekend long. I hope everything goes well and that you get some sleep too!

My oldest went to a birthday party tonight. I sent my DH because it was a roller skating party and my oldest is horrible on skates. He gets it from me. :) I have no problem ice skating but I am an absolute klutz on roller skates.

Tomorrow I am going to go visit a cute light blue vintage typewriter that someone is selling. Hopefully I'll be coming home with it!

Sunday afternoon after church I will be at the local high school working at our Little League's player evaluation day. I'm the secretary of the League and in charge of all the paperwork. We're expecting 200 kids and their parents. I am praying that it all goes smoothly.

DH left me for the weekend to go see his beast children. DD and I went to Olive Garden tonight. I've got Kennedy duty over the weekend, but will be getting some reading/school work time in since DH is gone. I swear, that man will ignore me all evening, but the minute I pick up a book, he'll start talking, even if it is just telling me something about a commercial or a headline or something. :p

Karen, wow, that sounds fantastic! Are you digi scrapping?

Yep, and I'm not the only one digi-scrapping either! My MIL is here and doing some and another lady is doing a little bit on the Creative Memories software. :) I should be scrapping right now or sleeping, but I just couldn't stay away and I needed a little break.
