It's Friiiiiiiiiday! :yesss

What do you have planned for the weekend?

My DH is out of town, so it's girl party time at my house. My youngest is having her BFF sleep over tonight. I am going to freshen up my house decor for spring and put my Easter wreath on the front decor. Tomorrow, a bunch of my girlfriends are coming over to SCRAP. They are all bringing their girls to play, so it's going to be quite the houseful. Can't wait!! It will be my first time working on PL this year. (Sad, I know. I am probably going to get my scrapper's card revoked. LOL) So, it should be a fun and friend-filled weekend for us.

I have no plans beyond church on Sunday and I have to say that I am SO excited about that. I think we'll even do pizza for dinner tonight so I can go home and put on my jammies and maybe watch a movie with my kiddos. Tomorrow my hubby is going ice fishing, so the boys and I will probably all stay in our jammies all day again. LOL. Super exciting lifestyle here!

I have been doodling (zentangle) a lot lately, so I'm hoping to play around with that a lot and maybe even bust out my paints and markers a bit to play around with that. I envision an artsy weekend ahead. Hooray!

My plans for tomorrow are to do a bit of housecleaning (as in very minimal, just enough to show that I was productive LOL), edit photos, and scrap!! Then Sunday just church and relaxing :) My perfect weekend really.

Oh, Laura. Girl time AND Scrap time. Swoon. LOL.

I'm keeping a 2 year old baby girl this whole weekend, so there is that, hehe... What's one more, right?

Otherwise, we have school play practice and archery tournament tomorrow (for DS1 and DS2 respectively), concert for adoption tomorrow night, birthday party for friend (DD), church Sunday and general mayhem (DS3). Fun stuff!

No major plans this weekend - Ty will have football (soccer) practice tomorrow morning - I plan to have a little lay in while tim takes him!

We are hoping to get in the garden this weekend and cut the grass and have a little tidy up as there seems to be a break in the cold weather!

Other than that it's PJ's as much as possible!

We will be staying with Harper tomorrow (we take turns with our DIL's parents - we're on an every other weekend routine because Jacob and Amanda both work the weekends). We usually go to their house to pick her up and then come back to our house for the day (it's about a 25 minute drive one way).
Sunday will be my chance to relax, that little 18 month old zaps my energy! And it's the best feeling ever! LOL!

I admire you for being able to actually scrap with a houseful, Laura. At a group crop, I'm usually more interested in looking at what every one else is making and gabbing about it. I guess I'm not a very good multi-tasker in those situations, but who cares, it's fun!

I'm home alone this weekend. My boys and dh are all going to a Cub Scout winter camp this weekend. So I've got Season 5 of Downton Abbey on DVD and I'm going to have some me time!

hockey...hockey. . .and more hockey. Tonight is my son's game, if they win then they go on to the finals for all Ontario (yay!) and we will go watch my nephew play in his finals tomorrow night. If my son's team loses or ties then we make a 3 1/2 hour trek down the highway tomorrow to play again (and hopefully win), then try to make it back for my nephew's game Saturday night. Sunday has the same options.

At some point I may get my house clean.

My birthday is tomorrow. My in-laws are making me the dinner of my choice (duck!) and a cake, then they're keeping the girls overnight so DH and I can have a date night. :D

I don't have any set plans as yet. I will try to get in a walk/run of 3 miles, a little yard work if the sun stays out and baking. We are going grain-free and I need to do some baking to find some good recipes to replace the wheat goodies we don't eat anymore, I'll finish up my BSF lesson and go to church on Sunday. OR I might just stay in my jammies and zone out.

I'm hoping to have one day of peace and quiet, possibly not even leaving the house. I'm feeling a little scrap disorganized, downloads folder out of control, so I hope to break out the timer tomorrow and establish some carved out time to do that AND get the house straightened out, laundry done, etc. I need to write a few blog posts getting myself ahead a little bit to make life easier for the next couple of weeks.

My church's personal work group is hosting a game night tomorrow night so I need to re-learn the games I am taking plus make snacks... although I have pre-bought stuff in case I get too lazy...

I have been doodling (zentangle) a lot lately,
I got my kids doing that (after pinterest got me intrigued)- DD 9.5yrs loved it and DS 6y.o. just wanted to draw pictures on the little squares of paper i bought instead (i read to start small scale with kids)- i told DD we'd make like a patchwork quilt of them and stick them on a cupboard door in the toy room- it was suprisingly relaxing

my wkend: DD got back from her first school camp last nite - i'll be washing and hanging muddy clothes this wkend and soccer season's starting back so there's a meet the coach thing and then we need to buy new boots and stuff

We don't have too many plans... maybe hanging out with friends. No sports this weekend, yay! We might go sledding, but that is about it. I'm excited!

Enjoy your weekend, Laura! It sounds wonderful! I wish I had scrapper like that to hang out with every so often! I'd end up like nancy though, and I'd pry not get too much done!

Happy Birthday, Lorry!

I am intrigued by the Zentangling and kids. I will have to look into that!

I NEVER HAVE EXCITING PLANS.

I'm about to go run, then home and lunch. Then nothing. Soccer later. Tomorrow cleaning house. Woo hoo.

Update: my son's hockey team won! They are now going to the finals for all Ontario---exciting for all of them and nerve wracking for us parents.

My one nephew has his championship game today and my other one has game 3 in his championship series tonight. Lots of championship hockey in our family this weekend!

We had a pizza and movie night with my neighbors last night. Today was supposed to be the opening day for Lacrosse for my oldest, but it was canceled due to all the snow on the ground. No real plans now.... I think we might go hit up Costco today.

I wish I could go to Laura's crop
I wish I could be with Karen to zentangle together (I posted a page yesterday that has a picture of one of doodled pages, I feel like I doodle more when I'm away from the computer or very unwell physically or depressed so I get away from the computer, otherwise I scrap scrap scrap!))
I wish I could be with Heather so we could watch Downton Abbey together (even though I watched season 5 already, but promise I would not spoil it!!!) LOL
I wish I could be with Vicky in our PJs and chat and laugh all day...this would be doable but still can't drive all the way :(
I wish I could be with every one of you for the weekend!!!!

I'm happy though- just finished my GSO post, will probably get something for lunch, if we can make sense of the little we have in the fridge....there are more good news: Sarita is going out tonight after almost 2 month after the operation in which she wasn't well, she is going to the cinema and dinner with her best friend.... so I will probably be scrapping!!!!! Good enough for me :heartlub:heartlub:beat:heartlub:heartlub

I am going to print some of the BYOC as I have a hybrid thing idea.... I ll come to post if it works :)

My plans mainly consist of refereeing the kids with their games, cleaning, getting all.the.laundry done... maybe... hopefully :dizzy Plus I'm going to try and fit in a blog revamp... you know, nothing much going on :circlesOh, and scrapping, but first it looks like I might need to wipe and re-install PS because my scripts aren't working :thumbsdowns

Send help if I don't reappear by Monday :giggle
