You might consider a dermatologist, and from a personal experience, I'd stay away from the cheap stuff you can buy at the store. My 12 year old started suffering from acne about 5 months ago. I gave him some cheap stuff from Walmart (can't even remember the brand). He was red all over around his nose and lips. I then placed a Mary Kay order and bought some mens face cleanser from them. It dramatically decreased within 2 washes. I now wonder if he was breaking out as a reaction to the face cleanser. Going to see someone professional might help determine if there are any face allergies or sensitivies. I'm not saying anything bad about cheap stuff (lol, I like cheap stuff), just saying that if you have something that doesn't appear to work, try something else
