I'm using PS CC too, but when I highlight the number, that panel does not appear. What do you think I'm doing wrong? Is there a setting I might need to adjust?

Uh oh...I'm not sure. But you can adjust the text in the Character panel. There are "T"s with a superscript and a subscript. I have noticed that the box pops up if I type everything, then work on my LO a bit, and then go back to the text layer. Maybe that kicks in the "she wants to edit this text" function? (Yup: that's a real Adobe PS term lol!)

I actually did type my text before I added my other elements and then went back to the text to try to edit my fraction. I just tried again now and that panel still won't appear. I can't get anything to happen with those T's in the character panel either. :(
 
This is what I made for dinner yesterday. :)

Maybe I'll get the fraction thing to work someday.

Ahhhh, I think I may know the problem: your font may not have extra glyphs. Arial, Myriad Pro, and other commercial fonts should have the ability to change size like that, but other fonts usually don't have those extra glyph options.

I used Century Gothic, which is just a system font, I think. I'll try again soon. Time for the SwL MIS now. :)

Hmm, then that is odd because the Character panel for Text layers should have those "T"s available and you should be able to click them.
