Apparently it's March and it's already March 9th!!! I have no idea where the last 9 days have gone and I totally missed my day (monday)....so in honor of it being Tuesday.....Please share your favorite ways to celebrate Taco Tuesday! Recipes please!

I love to do fajitas and fish tacos, but most of the time, I'm boring and lazy and it's just plain ground beef tacos.

I'd love some recipes for fish tacos! Do you batter them? Shrimp? mmmm....now I want tacos. ;)

We only do ground beef tacos which we enjoyed tonight. I hadn't made tacos for dinner until this year! Now they're one of our go-to meals.
 
We do shrimp tacos.... and turkey. Pretty boring. Would love a nice grilled fish taco recipe!

For the Shrimp - I use the World Harbors Sweet Chili marinade for the shrimp! Add all the extras - lettuce, tomato, cheese, avocado, and ranch! YUM!
 
We mostly do ground beef. Sometimes we will have refried beans to add to the mix. Neither of my children are big seafood fans (I know, and we live right here where there is tons of fresh seafood).
 
We do a lot of chicken and beef tacos around here.. sometimes left over pork or steak if we feel fancy!
WE LOVE mexican! my favorite is salsa verde cheesey enchilladas.. mmmmm
 
I'd also love a great grilled fish taco recipe! They are my favorite!
We actually celebrated Taco Tuesday in our favorite way last night...eating out at the Mexican restaurant :giggle
 
Gosh, I didn't know it was Tuesday either and now it's Wednesday. We had meatloaf for dinner on Taco Tuesday. Now, I'm really confused because shouldn't it be "Meatloaf Monday"? :crazy3
 
I love to declare any day of the week Taco Tuesday. And it doesn't mean tacos in this house. It means I've made rice, beans, some kind of meat, and sautéed some veggies and chopped others, and people can make a taco, burrito, nachos, or a bowl. I love how easy it is for everyone to customize their dinner the way they want.
 
I usually use ground turkey or make shredded chicken for our tacos. We love tacos around here...actually had them tonight even though it's not Tuesday.
 
We usually have Taco Wednesday, since it's quick to make and there is a weekly robotics team meeting that runs until 7:30 or later. (My husband is coach and my two high schoolers are part of the team.) I make them with ground beef. Sometimes I'll make shredded salsa chicken tacos, but lately I've been using the chicken for nachos instead, where I'll make both chicken and ground beef.

We eat at the local Mexican restaurant on Sundays or Mondays and we sometimes eat at the local BBQ place on Tuesdays. (They don't have tacos on their menu, but they sell them as a special on Tuesdays, your choice of pork, chicken or brisket.)
