MEH. Why is it that whenever I go on vacation I get a cold or flu on the last day that takes the shine off my awesome holiday and takes weeks to get rid of? I feel so cheated!

Anyone else suffering from a summer cold and wanna mope a little with me?

I usually get a summer cold. But for some reason we all seemed to bypass it this year. Maybe because it has rained EVERY DAY.
 
Awe - so sorry you are feeling bad - that's not a fun vacation souvenir! My allergies are not fun right now- pollen when it's dry, mold when it rains. Feel better soon, Juliette!
 
yuck, that is no fun! hope you still were able to enjoy your vacation juliette!
we do not get colds usually in the summer, thank goodness. but yes, allergies always bother me too danielle. spring is the worst!
 
Summer colds are the pits! Hope you get some relief soon!
 
I know the feeling! And if it's not me, it's always someone else from my family....

And I believe I am kind of getting allergic... Sneezing, wet eyes and nose troubles that comes and goes.
Guess I will need to have it checked...
 
I'm the opposite... for some reason I always end up getting sick right before we go on vacation and spend the first few days under the weather. Thankfully we usually go somewhere warm and the sunshine seems to heal me. :) I sure hope you're feeling better soon!
 
ironically.... I have a flu jab because of all my other conditions put me on a risk group...so no colds prone anymore...
I would rather get a summer (or winter or spring or fall LOL) cold than have all these illnesses...but hey, I am grateful for small mercies :)
 
Agreeing with you Cynthia. Sometimes there is a little postitiv news coming out from bad things. But still we would be glad to give them in!
