Summer??? Already??? In Alpena??? NO WAY!!!!!

Something is happening here that I don't EVER remember happening in May, in Alpena before. On Tuesday, Friday and Saturday of this week, it is suppose to hit 81 degrees!!!!! That is July weather up here!!! I am NOT complaining!! And the rest of the week is mid 70's!! WOOT!!! WOOT!!! When was your strangest weather????
 
I'm not sure ... the days all seem to blend together anymore! But enjoy ... sounds lovely! We are sup'd to get to near 90's this week in NY. Not sure I'm ready for that yet!
 
Did you get snow last week??? Cuz that's MI for you rotfl.

We're supposed to get in the high 80s here by Fri. It's currently low 60s so IDK how it could change so quickly lol. I'm not in NY like @jenn mccabe but I'm kinda close ;) We'd don't get weather on the news for my area lol so I try to gauge it by the 2 closest big cities.
 
Well, we have had chilly rain since April here. A day with sunshine is cause for dancing in the street! or close..LOL I have not touched my summer clothes because at home I am still wearing leggings and fleece. Most days I have heavy socks and shoes on so my feet aren't cold while on the computer.

Fortunately, it's been a slow and steady rain so there's no flooding. But I've seen the level of the many creeks we have that run off into the Chesapeake Bay and they are high!
 
We are supposed to be in the 80's this week, but that's not unusual. Stranger was the snow we had last week and the fact that it's rained every single day for like 2 weeks or more :disagree
 
I just returned home from 2 weeks in Florida. Daily temps in the 80's. Mostly high 80's.

So guess what the weather is this week in Pittsburgh? Low 50's and rain. We are freezing and had to turn the heater on.

I want to go back to Florida.
 
Loving the forecast this week for eather here in MI as well @NancyP ! And this weekend was BEAUTIFUL - I'll take a repeat of this weekend all summer long - not too hot, not too cold, windows open, slight breeze, sun...pure MI perfection! So far though I am looking at the forecast for this coming weekend and it looks like we are looking at some rain. :( I really would like a nice Memorial Day weekend. Keeping fingers crossed that, like usual, the weather people here are wrong! :)
 
We've had our warmest autumn on record so far. Normally we are rugged up by now but we went and watched our youngest play soccer on saturday and could have comfortably worn t-shirts. It's lovely but everyone is getting a bit freaked out now, it's the topic everyone talks about - would love some rain though...
 
The weather here is Western WA is crappy again. Temps are not where they should be for the end of May. Last year at this time we had the a/c units in the windows and we were wearing shorts. This year, jeans, hoodies and it's too chilly to open the windows. Ugh! I'm over it.

Yeah... our city streets were flooding on Thursday because we had such tremendous rainstorms. The drains couldn't keep up. It rained like crazy again today, but luckily we were at the theater and missed getting completely drenched. I guess it is going to be like this all week. It was nice and warm last week though. :)
 
Montreal weather is always strange. Last week I saw snow flurries on my way to work. This week it's 80 degrees. Hopefully summer is finally here.
 
we've been below average in temps around here for a few weeks straight. finally finally we are seeing 70's, but still below average. At this point, though, I'll take anything above 50!
 
Yep... We had a beautiful sunny and warm weekend in SW Michigan too! Loved it! It's supposed to hit 80 today and tomorrow, but then we have some thunderstorms predicted wednesday through the weekend. We are going to Minnesota for the holiday weekend though, so I'm hoping it'll be nice and sunny there for us. :)
 
Yeah, beware all you Trolls living under the bridge in lower Michigan. Thunderstorms predicted from Wednesday through Sunday. Hope they are wrong for the holiday weekend. Suppose to hit 81 on Tuesday and then back down to 64 on Wednesday. If you don't like the weather in Michigan, wait a minute!!!
 
We're heading to Michigan Friday for the long weekend. Looks like rain is forecasted for the entire time... but temps in the upper 70's, so that's not bad!
 
We still have the heat set to kick on. It's been crazy May weather! Hail storms, cold, rain, hot days - almost need the a/c, then back to cold - gotta turn on the heat!
We have chances of rain all week until Saturday. Then it may warm up to 75. Which is still cool for the end of May! Kids are usually having school dress code issues in May (shorts too short, sleeveless shirts, etc.) and instead most of them are still wearing coats in the mornings!
