Stop Sub?

I'm sorry to say that as much as I try I can't seem to find the same excitement I used to or the same drive I once had to continue on with extra subs and whatnot. I get a bit too bright-eyed and bushy-tailed and this past year has really driven me down a bit. Do we want to continue this sub or do we want to perhaps call it?

we're also losing Mirjam and it's so hard to get us all onboard on time and communicate well - plus, it's not really that profitable either (meaning time worthy...). I say we stop it.

I have nothing to compare and thought also the profit would be more. I not realized that Mirjam is out Uppss. So I also would say we stop that chapter. Sadly as I liked to work with other designers here at the Lilypad.

Yes Paula is right. If someone has already paid for multiple months we have to continue that many months. Only person who can let us know of such thing is @lmccandless
@mommyish how can we learn this/reach Laura as soon as possible and close the subscription payments so that new subscribers cannot purchase multiple months?

There are about 6 subs that are paid lump sum, rather than a monthly payment. My suggestion would be that we produce February and rather than disperse the funds to the designers in the sub, we use it to refund those lump sums for paid months from March to July. The rest we can simply cancel. Does that work for everyone?

And to be honest - I would really rather be done with this. It's not that popular and we aren't making enough to make it worth our time.

I think we can’t since it’ll be used to refund the remaining subscription fees. If no one wants to do another month we can also ask laura to deduct the amount from our payrolls. Just a thought…

I also have a pack ready but I am fine with refunding from payrolls if that's what most people want. Let's make a decision and move on
