OMG.... I swear I am looking for my post about this from last year, because I swear that I had the stomach bug last year TOO! All Christmas Eve night and Christmas Day!
 
you & me...... I dont have the stomach flu, but started the 23rd at Hospital for a day surgery...plus after all the girls here made me eat.... I may have some bloating/excess food flu LOL
nit in the best of moods as my right arm decided to give me grief today...took 2 zopiclones and still can't sleep... :(

I am finally out of the wood, I think. Now all the hockey parents are posting that they are all in the same boat! At least theirs started after Xmas!
 
Oh My Dalis, that's a horrible way to spend the holiday. Glad it's about over for you. I haven't had a stomach bug, but I've been fighting a bad cold for a couple weeks!

My son and I got a little hint of something funny last week ... he missed 2 days but it wasn't too bad. No idea what it was ... how horrible for it to hit on Christmas day. Oh gosh, that is absolutely no fun! Hope you can enjoy this last week before the new year.
 
Oh yuck!! Hope you are able to completely kick it and enjoy the rest of this week! I had something hit me right in the middle of Christmas Day, but I think it was just something I ate that didn't agree with me at all, but it did take a little of the joy out of part of the day.
 
I was sick all of November but I'm fine now but Bailey was sick on Xmas Day. It sure is going around. It sure is a lousy time to be sick.
 
I have had the flu / clod 3 months in a row - and each month it lasts a good 2 weeks - and this weekend the stomach bug hit too - I'm so over not feeling well!!!

I hope you all are feeling better. I am finally feeling really better. Just in time for hockey time!
 
My hubby go sick on Christmas Day with the stomach bug. I got sick yesterday and then my 11 year old came down with it last night. Just now feeling like a normal human being. Praying the other 6 members of my family don't get it! My 6 year old has an awful cough & I'm also praying the rest of us don't get that either.

On the plus side we decided to celebrate Christmas a day early. Since Christmas was on a Sunday we had church responsibilities and a family thing to go to we knew we would be rushing the present opening. So, we opened our presents on Christmas eve, hung out in our jammies and just played all day with the kids. I'm so glad we decided to do it a day early...otherwise my hubby would have been in bed sick & would have missed the kids opening their presents...or we would have had to postpone and I'm sure there would have been a lot of tears.
 
not the stomach flu but The week leading up to Christmas I got a really bad cold/head flu..... YUCK!
 
Me. Hubby got it first, then daughter#1 and I both came down with at the same time on Christmas Eve after leaving daughter #2's home. I'm still sick. I can't remember ever being this sick for so long.
 
Nursing a bad cold here. I think the craziness of the holiday season makes us all a little run down. Hope everyone is feeling better!
 
I feel your pain! I am playing the waiting game right now. It is picking off my family one by one. Derek and I are the last two and we are biting our nails wondering who is going to be the last man standing! It has hit someone new in our family every 3 days. Thankfully it has been a fast puking flu...about 6 hours of throwing up and a day of not feeling week...except for hubby who seems to be dying the past few days.
