So staying at home is definitely the right thing to do right now but i know some of you were probably looking forward to trips during Spring break or for us, Easter holidays down the coast are looking more and more like they won't be happening, but the good thing about youtube and the net means you can sit on your couch and be just about anywhere!
DS has youtube streamed various zoos this week (Melbourne Zoo is pretty good) & we tried to visit Monterey Bay Aquarium tonight but forgot about the time difference (all the jellyfish were sleeping i think) So we each took turns with the remote and went to a place/thing we wanted to visit if money was no object while DH was working - after i made the kids sit thru the Electric Light Parade at Tokyo Disneyland, DD made us sit thru a few songs from a Broadway show (I didn't even know Spongebob was a musical now!) and then DS took too long deciding so DD picked something he thought George (our bird) would pick if we let him (we know better than to let him near the remote, he bites the rubber buttons to bits) and well, it was Birds Make You Laugh or something and the kids laughed it and George freaked out and flew away.
So tell me - you've got your feet propped up on the couch but you have a front row seat thanks to youtube, what is your place/thing you love to visit as a getaway while you stay at home?
