In a bit more than 10 mins.... I will be updating this post with the STEPS!

Please post your completed layout in The Lilypad gallery - SPEED SCRAPS.

GALLERY RULES: Layouts must contain at least 50% TLP products. (Templates count as 15%.) Uploads must be less than 250k. List all credits; no off-site linking allowed.

I run SPEED SCRAPS a bit different than other Pollys. I call them COMMUNITY Scraps because I don't have a set of instructions to give you. Whoever joins the CHAT gets to decide what instructions we pick! I will pick someone that is currently present in the CHAT and it's your job to give us an instruction. Of course you ladies could suggest stuff to the person if they are out of ideas.
STEPS...

#1. woodgrain background. You can have other papers on your page, but the woodgrain paper must be prominent. :-) . ---- MARILYN
#2. Use an ODD number of photos! (example: 1, 3, 5, 7... pictures) --- FARWEN
#3: Use the same element at least 3 times on the page. So, if you choose a button, it should be the same button, no recoloring or changing to a different button. You can rotate it or flip it or move it around the page. ---- HANNA
#4. add any kind of scattered object ---- FERDY
#5. use a MASK. --- SHARR
#6. use your very favorite element or paper --- BLUEBERRIES
#7. Add a date, journaling (if that is what you like) and anything else that will make this page "yours". ----> YOUR HOST DALIS

Talking about odd, that makes for a slightly odd set of instructions ;-)
Favorite element: a brush/accent combined
Last step, additional: watercolor leaves

mine! I loved this way of creating the instructios, so much fun!
my fave element is always some kind of string or thread...so I used a string here! and scattered things too, but that was my instruction! =)

I love it because then everyone gets into the chat and it's so interactive!

Here's mine. My Photoshop froze up right at the end. Luckily I could save my file before it froze. It took FOREVER to start back up... I know I'm going to add some word art, but DH wants me to help decorate the house for Thanksgiving. I added a piece of ephemera for Blueberries' requirement. And yes, @SharLamb I did use a mask. :-)
