I went with Laura's suggestion of getting the Design C for now...You can use it in a similar way and either change them out when A gets in or leave em be....

The other thing you can do with Design C is sew pockets in the middle row to make your own Design A. Just measure 3/125 inches from the seam line, then sew up with your sewing machine. Do the same thing for the other middle 4x6 pocket and Voila! Design A.
