Okay ladies, I ahve today off of work, and I will have Saturday sort of kind of for a little while. I want to feel like I've accomplished something by the end of that time, but I have so many things I want to do, I'm having a hard time choosing :dizzy

1. Work on catching up with Project Life, which would mostly be prepping pictures and journal cards to print. I THINK if I get far enough on this, I might be able to use the edited photos to pull together a gift album to give for Christmas, but I'm not sure how realistic this is.
2. I could skip the PL and just go straight to putting a Christmas album together. Last year I had intentions of doing a gift album and never got around to it. I have a feeling this year is going down the same path. I WANT to get my act together, but I don't know if I can get it done. Gaaah!!
3. Just scrap. I have some products to catch up on, and there's tons of new stuff I don't have yet. I could just shrug off responsibility and just scrap for fun.

So these are really my only 3 choices I'm considering. I've already eliminated the boring stuff (like cleaning and painting) off of my list :giggle

So what should I do??

I think I would try to find that sweet spot between 1 and 2. I think anything you edit for your Christmas album will be work that you can use for PL too. I remember that you wanted to get the Christmas albums done last year. I bet if you make it happen early this year, you will feel really good. :)

I am leaning towards number 1 - because I also need to get caught up on PL. I worked on 5 weeks worth last weekend and it felt great. Now I only have 4 more to catch up on.

well so far i've gone back through the big gaps in the year and selected pictures. i'm going to try to do PL and a Christmas album somewhat simultaneously. not sure how this will actually work, but it's worth a shot. I REALLLLY want to get caught up on my PL, and it feels good to at least have the pics sorted out.

Rachel...5 weeks in one weekend? Wow!!!
I have the same problem as Rebecca...hard choice...
Maybe 2 and 3 and catching up Project Life in the end of the year/beginning of the new year...

I'm gonna say a little bit of 1 and a little bit of 2. The more you can get done the better you will feel! :D

I'm going to be the rebel and say #3!! You have to go with what moves you and motivates you. You never know what just playing with your stash will lead to! :)

because I'm lazy I would just go with 3 and scrap LOL ... sounds like you have a lot of cool stuff going on though!

I've been catching up on my PL big time lately, so I vote #1! :)

My first instinct is to say, 'throw caution to the wind and just scrap', but the realistic part of me knows that for me personally, once I get caught up on my P365, I feel such a sense of relief that 'just scrapping' feels possible. If I haven't gotten up to date, I start to feel guilty and it zaps my creative juices
