I am a pc woman, a desktop kinda gal. I like my comfy chair, my desk, and all the particulars.
my hubby got me a Kindle fire
I now know what an app is! it is code for silly games that make me laugh and sit on the couch and giggle. My kids play right next to me and we laugh and compete. I love it! I can cut fruit with a glowing fire knife like no tomorrow

My dad has just got one too, he retired at the beginning of February and wanted something he could sit down with occasionally, he has never used a computer, other than playing bowling on the wii with Ty, he is such a happy bunny right now! He is loving scrabble and checkers at the moment as well as reading

i'm completely new to the whole "app" relm too, Anne my boys just taught my husband how to play Fruit Ninja... it's hysterical to watch the three of them all huddled up together! of course, the hubs is now totally addicted and even plays once the boys are in bed.

Yeah I want a tablet myself now after getting one for my big girl for birthday/christmas... so much fun to play some of the games... sheer frustration on others... need one myself since she is getting grumpy if I finish to many levels or challenges on hers!
