I love that place - seriously good customer service. I finally ordered a tripod, and a remote shutter release on Monday. They gave me free expedited shipping, and it all arrived yesterday afternoon. Love that store!
 
I will have to check it out Julie! I'm pretty ashamed I have a tripod and have never used it. Don't need to when shooting in AUTO 99% of the time!!

I have a few really nice lenses that are in their cases as well - again - because I shoot in auto.

Isn't that SAD?
 
I've ordered all my cameras and lenses from B&H. Their shipping is amazing and I've never had anything but fantastic service from them.

(Pssst, you can still shoot in auto and use different, nice lenses :) And I bought the tripod and shutter release because I really want to play with some night shots from our back patio)
 
I love that store. We got a chance to go into it when we were in NYC a few years back. Awesome service there too. :)
 
Kimberlee, I went there on my last trip to NYC and I was blown away by the size, craziness and service. I was looking for a lens and there were 50 clerks available to help. I was able to put as many lenses on my camera as I wanted and was encouraged to take as long as I wanted to investigate. It was awesome. I purchased the one I wanted from them, but later and the clerk didn't make me feel bad for not buying that day. Great, great store!
