Self Imposed Scrapping Challenges!

So! Sometimes I get in a mood where I JUST WANT TO SCRAP and so I have these weird challenges I like to give myself. It's different I know. But if you know me & my scrapping AT ALL, you know I LOVE CHALLENGES! Even if I make them myself! :compcoffeeThey are just motivating to me.

Like the times I challenge myself to pick 10 different templates, chosen 1 kit designer to work with, and create 10 layouts, ( example A: http://www.ehstudios.net/2013/09/paislee-templates/ lol). :yesss

Also in the template vein, I've challenged myself to use templates in two ways just to get more from my stash & be inspired, like this: http://www.ehstudios.net/2012/01/holiday-templates-2011-6-10/

Or other times I wanted to try my hand at recording how I scrap, a la here: http://www.ehstudios.net/2015/11/watch-me-digital-scrapbooking-frolic/ so I challenged myself to just DO that.

(It's been awhile since I did any of these things, and this post also really makes me want to get back to blogging too! :( )

Anyway!!! Does anyone else give themselves scrapping parameters just for fun? Or am I the only weird one? :circles

Does anyone want to help me out with a challenge today? :flirty:heartlub Say give me a Lilypad designer you want to see me scrap 5 pages for? I'll see if I remember how to record too & show that later!

Does anyone want to play along with me? :cheer

Basically, for discussion, what are the challenges you give yourself to stay scrappy motivated & create?

I'll take you up on that and give you a challenge. I challenge you to use Bella Gypsy kits and use templates from 5 different TLP designers for your pages - good luck!
 
one of my favorite ways to challenge myself is to make an art journaling (even dark emotional page) with a happy kit, for ex: by Kristin Aagard
or the opposite.
I have never thought of the challenges you self impose, but love each and every one. I kinda weirdly stalk your gallery for years anyways.

I've challenge myself like Anne in that I've used a themed kit for a non theme page. Just scrappin has been a challenge in itself this past month and a half with my sore wrists, arms and shoulders. I've taken some time off and I'm itching to get some scrappin done.

I'm going to challenge myself to get back to my son's mission scrapbook and scrap a double page layout for it! I really need to get on it. He comes home in July... YAY!

OK, so now you have my mind going in all directions!!! What should I do first?? I have never challenged myself, but what a neat idea!!!

While I'm working on the other challenge I'm trying to think of a template I can get different styles out of for your challenge. I'm excited for this one! I hope you'll play soon!
 
Since these are "self imposed" challenges, can we do them and use them for monthly challenges and designer challenges?????
 
For me, to make a page is already a challenge ... I spend hours creating a page !!!
I propose the following challenge; create from 3 to 5 pages with different kits of One Little Bird and as many models of Sabrina creations

Of course!! This is just for fun! If it fits an already listed challenge then more power to you! :D
