Seasons of change ...

we don't have temperate seasons in the tropics, it is hot, hotter and then wet, well not entirely true, for December and January there is a bit of a cool season. For example last night we had a Tibetan cold front and it is about 85 F right now (2 in the afternoon) but last night when it came down it got to 57 F, us tropical people were FREEZING!

I like this time of year the best though, because we can all snuggle and drink hot cocoa at night, but the days are still warm enough for the kids to go out and play, but not so hot that we all die of heat exhaustion.
 
Summer all the way! Probably helped in great part because I live in a beach town. But I love that my boys are out of school, so we don't have sports or homework and can just take bike rides to the ice cream shoppes whenever or to the library and lay around reading together. Outdoor movies, BBQs, sunshine and warmth. Sigh. I love summer.
 
spring for me! love new blooms and getting outside and playing in the dirt - cool in the morning, warm in the afternoons, and just enough rain to wash the pollen off every few days. daylight savings time makes for longer time after school to do things with the kids outside, and being outside for soccer games is also nicer with the later sunsets.

(it is very warm in the spring here, but unbearably hot for an easy-burning redhead in the summer!)

Spring...though ours doesn't last long. I cherish those few weeks of beautiful breezes.
 
Every season has something special.
Spring, beautiful days come back. Summer, holidays, no school. Fall, very beautiful colors around us. Winter, Christmas preparation
 
to me has to be summer

I don't deal well with winter because of my health, in summer I feel a lot better,. also I love the beach, swimming pool, sun,
but after 20 something years in England, I l;earned to love some winter days...I like the dry cold days with sun.....

but if I have to pick, definitely summer :)
 
Definitely fall ... weather & temp are big factors for me, but I also love the changing colors & baking with pumpkin ...
 
I Love the spring because of the "new life" the sun started to warm all up, but I also love the Fall, change of colors, cozy insight the house!
 
Living up in Northern BC you have to embrace the winter...because we get it for almost 6 months. Although, this year has been really mild, I wish that it was colder...we have an outdoor rink going, but can't get good layers down for a smooth surface to skate on! That being said...I love the summer up here. It as absolutely beautiful...and there's so many things to do here. We live within 30 minutes of about a dozen lakesand are located in the middle of mountains. We also get temps of about 30-35C (in the high 80s -90sF) You really can't beat a summer in Northern BC!!
 
I live in FL so winter is my favorite season. It is finally cool enough for us to be outside a lot. In places that have four seasons, my favorite is fall. I love the colors and flavors of autumn!
