I feel like in the past I've made patterned paper before but I can't remember how?!

I am helping my sisters who are creating seamless patterns of our own artwork to print on things like custom fabrics. It works the same way as how we made these for patterned papers in the past.

Can anyone help direct me to some good tutorials for photoshop? I feel like maybe I had an action at one point??

If you are using the newer Photoshop CC versions, there is a built-in "pattern preview" that works very well. I think I saw it one of the "what's new in Photoshop" videos and picked it up pretty easily without a full tutorial. Adobe's instructions are here. It's much easier than the old method that involves manually offsetting duplicates of any bits that overlap the edges of your repeat area.

I'd imagine there are actions out there, but the only one I ever had was for filling a 12x12 randomly; it wasn't seamless.
