So...I've been posting at TLP for a few years...but i've never been active in the forums.

Feeling like a noob, and I want get more involved here...so since i'm mostly a project lifer, I thought I'd introduce myself here and jump in.

I'm Denise.

This is my 3rd year doing project life and I love it. There's no better way for me to document my life.

I'm current this year - all 4 weeks. :giggle
And I'm up to week 24 for 2014.

I'm a SAHM - married to my sweetheart and mom to 6 great kids. I have a photography business and between that and the kids - and scrapping - that's almost all my time.

TBH, sometimes my house is sacrificed to my scrapping...cause there's only so much time in the day.

Hoping this will get to feel like home...since almost every designer I love is here.

Hi, Denise! Welcome home! :) What color is your superwoman cape? ...'cause you're my new hero!

Yay Denise! So glad you've made your way over here. It's no secret I'm a huge fan of your work and I'm so happy you're jumping in! :) :heartslub

Welcome Denise!

I'm glad you're joining us in the project life forum! Be sure and add your layouts to the threads here... there's one for current month and another one each month for catch-up pages.

For your project life albums... are you 100% digital or hybrid?

I'm 100% digital. I have been scrapping for 20 years...that makes me feel so old. lol.

But I switched to digital in 2008 and i've never looked back.

As much as I love paper...I feel like digital gives me so much more freedom. I can work on something for 10 minutes and walk away without worry about little hands touching it or having to put it all away for company.

You're 100% digital?!? When I see your project life layouts, I always think they're hybrid!! You do a great job with shadowing and having dimension on your pages (that doesn't sound right, but you know what I mean, right?).

I started digital about the same time you made the switch. I have never done paper. When I started PL in 2013, I really wanted to use actual physical products. But I stuck with digital for the reasons you mentioned.

this is such a huge compliment to me! thank you.

I love the look of paper and much of my inspiration comes from paper scrappers.
