Running with My Girls!

I just want to shout out with happy!

I am 49 and my twin girls run with me!
I have been walking for a few years, power walk in the am.
Stuck at a weight,and so today, I said
I need to take it up a notch!
We did my 3 mile walk again first mile and 1/2 walk to warm and laugh and then we ran home!

I was so scared of having girls, and teen girls were like a horror movie to me. I tell ya I love them like no tomorrow, and yes they drive me insane sometimes!

I JUST told Mark that I want to run 40K in races before my 40th birthday... I've only done 20 so far so I need to sign myself up for a couple 5Ks soon lol... anyways, sounds like you had fun I bet you would have a blast running some 5Ks

they were laughing at me so hard, I was singing from my ipod...all the single ladies and I was loud...if ya' like it than ya better put a ring on it..whoa oh oho oh oh oh...lol and I think a 5K together would be fun
