Reward Points?

Can anyone tell me where you can review reward points you have earned. Also I just placed an order and thought I would use some reward points and remainder on pay pal but when paypal brought up the total of my order it seemed like the reward points hadn't been applied and I was paying full price. Because I was afraid I would be charged full price by paypal and then my reward points would also be gone I redid my order and just paid totally by paypal. I'm sure as much as I order from here I will be able to use those reward points later!

Yes, this happens to me all the time.... I don't know what I'm doing wrong..lol!!

Some browsers appear to have problems with points application. We are preparing to do a big upgrade on this mod soon, so that will likely resolve it for everyone. In the mean time, you are using FireFox, you might try another browser when you check out. Sorry for the trouble.

I'm using IE, Laura.. but figure, one of these days I'll have lots of points when I 'cash out', so it all will work out lol

It's been more than 2 years and this is a still a problem! I can't apply my points at all!
